I was reading one of my favorite books, "The Imagineering Way. Ideas to Ignite Your Creativity". It's a little book I picked up on one of our many Disney trips, and it never fails to inspire me (and these blogs!) Here's what jumped out at me in the Preface:

"Anyone can imagine and anyone can dream. But it's the 'do' part that scares away most dreamers."

I love this. It really sums up the challenges we face as creative people. We have great ideas, but pulling them off is another thing entirely!

THE NEW GUY

Bill Williams, our new Artist Relations Director, arrives in Nashville this week, and will be joining us full time in our offices. If you are one of our Label folks, odds are you know Bill already.
