SouthernRoots was originally a group for the discussion of the southern rock music that all of us in the group loved. While that music is still at the forefront of our discussions, we have since expanded to include any music that the consensus finds to be good music.

We welcome differences of opinion but will tolerate no name calling or disrespectful posts, nor do we allow spam. To assist with the latter, we have now taken the group from a public group to one that must be joined. One does not have to post regularly to remain a member but initially one will be required to introduce their self and tell a bit about their favorite music.
