Does it matter after so long? That Spanish line in Halfworld never
looked quite right to me on the lyrics sheet, though my Spanish is
poor. The official line that's circulated everywhere is
"Porque manyana a lo me hor ay un entierro"
reportedly translated as
"Because tomorrow there may be a funeral"
I think the translation is almost correct, but the original lyrics are
misspelled. I think it's supposed to be
"Porque mañana, a lo mejor, hay un entierro."
which translates nicely as
"Because tomorrow, perhaps, there is a burial."
That line in Spanish seems to appear often in Spanish music, so it
must be a cliche or a well known quote from something. Of course, I
couldn't have been the first to notice. Is there a definitive
spelling, translation, and source of this line?
