Finally! I totally support this. Restricted hours sounds like a
great solution to living with the noise. I think the best spot would
be along the shed road somewhere... to facilitate non-Stickerville
camper use as well.
If the recycler is that willing to bring bins, perhaps he would bring
more to place closer for Tin Town and camper/vendors on the Old
Institute lawn. Here's the contact info to pass on to him for those

I just completed a documentary about the Moscow Renaissance Fair...
the success of better and better recycling efforts during this event
is a source of organizers' greatest pride. Less than one-quarter of
trash generated now ends up at the landfill. I predict the impact of
our efforts will spread throughout the festival and perhaps eventually
the town.
