hard drive. Marti is escorting a quartet through the pattern and Jane
and I are holding down the fort by ourselves.

Stage Attire: white duster and pants, gold sequined top
Song #1: Oh Susannah
Song #2: Each Time I Fall In Love
Energetic entrance, these gals are very comfortable in front of an
audience. Youthful, pretty sound. Love the lead! Bright, pinging
sound. Beautiful tag on the ballad, executed with finesse and control.
This quartet is one to keep an eye on.

.2..Musicality (#2, RC-02)

Stage Attire: black velvet long dress with off-the-shoulder feather collar
Song #1: Baby Won't You Please Come Home
Song #2: If I Give My Heart to You
Polished performance by a full, rich-sounding quartet. This lead is no
stranger to the international stage and her experience shows. Love the
tenor post on the end of the ballad...superb control.

.3..C-Cruise (#16, RC-03)

Stage Attire: black with bronze glitter pants and jackets with cream top

Great plan...a little cautious in places. Lovely tag on the ballad.
They really are letting loose on the uptune...looks like they're having
a great time up there. Kudos to that tenor for that last note on the
uptune...wheeee!

Stage Attire: purple pants and purple glittery top

These gals are having some great fun with their uptune. Clean
sound...enjoy the lead a lot. Tender treatment of a beautiful old
ballad. Great inflection on "begging."

Stage Attire: black sequined sheer jacket over black pantsuit
Song #1: I Love to Hear That Old Barbershop Style
Song #2: I'm Dancing This Dance in the Wrong Romance
Really confident entrance, enthusiastic quartet with an effervescent
sound. Fabulous tag on the uptune. Loads of ringing chords.
Ballad...screaming overtone on "partner!" Great control on "I'd die."
Love the bell chords on the tag, beautiful dynamics.

.6..Inspiration (#31, RC-03)

Great job on the tag of the ballad...new stuff. Fun old uptune. Nice
control on the highs. These gals really ring on those higher chords.

Stage Attire: white two piece
Song #1: I'd Give the World to Hear Alexander's Band Again
Song #2: Last Night Was the End of the World
What a great sound! Ringing, pinging, locked chords. This bass is a
third-generation Sweet Adeline...sounds like she inherited those great
bass genes from Mom and Grandma. And the tenor is the wife of D.J. Hiner
of The Ritz, 1991 SPEBSQSA champs. Beautiful, expressive quartet. Did I
mention I love their sound?

.8..Proposition 4 -(#11, WC03)

....Santa Monica, CAL, Santa Monica, Verdugo Hills
Stage Attire: black top, sheer sleeves, sequin accents, black skirt
Song #1: If I Had the Last Dream Left in the World
Song #2: You'd Better Keep Babying Baby
Nice job executing the plan, great lead post on the tag...excellent
control. They're having a ton of fun on the uptune. Cute vocal and
visual gimmick on "been a wallflower right along." Interesting new tag
on that uptune...short bits of several songs...Goody Goodbye, Goodbye My
Goodtime Friend.

.9..Razzcals (#12, RC-99)

....Voice of the Valley, Mission Valley, Sacramento Valley
Stage Attire: bright pink with sparkly stuff...gorgeous stage dress.
Song #1: Ya Gotta Know How to Love 'Em
Song #2: I'd Give a Million Tomorrows for Just One Yesterday
Finesse and polish and effervescence. Stunning quartet. Lead is
personality plus! This quartet is so expressive and it's such a joy to
watch them perform. Excellent showmanship on the uptune...they're having
fun and sounding great! A really tight package. Incredible control on
the ballad tag, oh my.

10..Omni (#26, RC-03) withdrawn due to Lisa losing her voice. Totally.
We're bummed...we were looking forward to enjoying SING-er Lisa's first
time on the international stage, and we know she was too.

11..Final Touch (#24, RC-03)
....Gail Shelton, Shirley Price, Nancy Kurth, Joyce White
....CAL, Pride of Portland
Stage Attire: blue dusters over top and pants
Song #1: Nobody Knows What a Red Head Mama Can Do Medley
Song #2: My Mother's Eyes
Energetic, full sound from these gals. They're pumping out some sound
and driving this uptune. Screaming overtone on the tag. Love the lead's
expression and vocal texture on her pickup in the ballad, "What was
their meaning..." They're really selling this one.

12..Jackpot! (#9, WC-03)

....Sound Of Sunshine (#9), CAL
Stage Attire: black glittery gacket and top over skirt
Song #1: Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Song #2: How's Every Little Thing in Dixie
Resonant, rich sound. Lead post lasts forever on the tag...geeze, this
woman has lungs of steel! And a beautiful voice to go along with
it...great combo. Smooth sound. Oh there she goes again on the tag of
the uptune...leads worldwide want to know your secret.
