TIME AFTER ISLAND TIME RADIO
Produced by Jeff Pike and Paul Leslie
This week Time After Island Time welcomes back pedal steel guitar
virtuoso Doyle Grisham. Doyle Grisham has recorded with some of the
hottest Country Talent in music and has provided pedal steel guitar
work for Jimmy Buffett since the 1970's. Since 1999 Doyle has been a
touring member of the Coral Reefer band and has been delighting
audiences when he plays lead on stage during 'Come Monday.' (His
favorite song) In this episode of TAIT Doyle talks about what it was
like coming back to tour with Buffett after all of those years, the
song that means the most to him, how he likes to spend his down time
on the road and at home, his old band 'The Bandits,' and also some
memories from the recording of Livin' and Dyin' in ¾ Time. We have a
lot of classic and modern Buffett for you to listen to, as well as a
few curve balls.
