Nadirah Shakoor is a world-renowned vocalist. In addition to being a
songwriter, she was the 2005 Artist for a Better World Humanitarian
Award winner. A member of the groundbreaking group Arrested
Development, she went on to become a solo recording artist and member
of Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefer Band. If you are not familiar with
Nadirah Shakoor's voice or songs...you are in for a real treat. We
will be looking at her songwriting and also her vocal work with other
artists (Club Trini, Jimmy Buffett, Ralph MacDonald, Arrested
Development, etc).
