guest Peter Mayer.
Part 2 of 2

Peter Mayer, the longtime lead guitarist for Jimmy Buffett, front man
of the Peter Mayer Group and head of the Little Flock Music label
closes out the Little Flock Music series this week on Time After
Island Time. On this episode, along with great music, we shed light
on Peter's spiritual side. He talks about Jimmy Buffett's reaction to
the Peter Mayer Group, the "next" generation of songwriters, his new
album "Still in One Peace," and his musical influences throughout his
life. From light-hearted to deep, Peter Mayer covers a lot of ground
in this interview. We hope you have enjoyed this series and stay

The Scott Kirby Radio special on TAIT - Part 2
Featuring special guest Scott Kirby

TAIT is proud to present the second half of our two-part special on
Scott Kirby. As many of your know, Scott Kirby is an exceptional
songwriter, singer and as some people know a gifted guitarist. He
comes from a political background, spends a great deal of time in New
England and down in the Florida Keys. Kirby served as guitar
technician for Jimmy Buffett's Barometer Soup album, and even
inspired one of the songs on that album. He is a good friend of
musician and Coral Reefer Peter Mayer whom he has written songs with
and in fact is a member of Mayer's Little Flock Music label. This
follow-up interview was recorded just after his gig at the Hog's
Breath down in Key West. Hope you enjoy it!

guitarist, singer, humorist and songwriter, Key West is prevalent in
Scott Kirby's sound. He is a music poet with a little bit of that
crazy island coming out in his words and music. His unique voice and
pensive style has made many people come to appreciate his music,
which is hard to compare to anyone else. Join us for the first part

On this episode of Time After Island Time we are proud to welcome our
first ever conversation with a music manager. This show's guest is
Mike Davis, general manager for Peter Mayer. (Peter Mayer is frontman
for the Peter Mayer Group and Jimmy Buffett's lead guitarist for just
under 20 years now.) Mike Davis shines some light on what goes on
behind the scenes with Peter Mayer and his record label--Little Flock
Music. Along with a great selection of music, Mr. Davis gives some
insight into Peter Mayer, Jim Mayer, Roger Guth and one of the most
unique independent labels in all of music.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER with JAMES COBB OF A1A

On the 102nd episode of Time After Island Time, we present our first
ever Christmas special, but you will be hearing music not commonly
heard. From Autumn Childs Native American flute renditions of
Christmas classics to dazzling steel drum renditions of sacred
Christmas songs, this episode showcases a lot of great music...and
then there is James Cobb. James Cobb's latest solo, classical guitar
album has been generating applause from music fans of all ages. It is
a Christmas album entitled, "The Best Christmas Ever," and it's
simplicity makes it all the more beautiful. For more information on
James and his new CD check out:

James Cobb tells his story, as a man who has studied the classical
guitar. Cobb is also a harmonica player and has been learning (and
receiving recognition) from Mr. Greg "Fingers" Taylor. In an
interesting turn of events, with the band A1A he has been
incorporating the steel drums stylings of Robert Greenidge, on
believe it or not...the Nylon String Guitar. Lots of interesting
topics in this interview, but most of all a diverse variety of music.

Recollections of Anguilla with Mr. Michael Utley on Time After Island
Time (part 2 of 2)

On this, the 101st episode of Time After Island Time we present part
two of our conversation with Mr. Michael Utley. We spoke with Mr.
Utley about details concerning the recent adventure with Jimmy
Buffett & Co. to the Caribbean Island of Anguilla, the recording of
the new Jimmy Buffett CD, and much more.

"Jimmy Buffett: Live in Anguilla," which in our opinion is
one of the most unique live releases of modern times, was produced by
Mac McAnally. Mr. McAnally has produced many albums in his career,
and many for Jimmy Buffett. Check out www.mailboatrecords.com for
more information.

On this episode he talks about the present and future shift at Jimmy
Buffett concerts to include more spotlighting of the Coral Reefers.
Mr. Utley discusses Buffett's eye for talent, such as ukulele
virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro who appeared on the album, and recently
African vocalist Ilo Ferreira. The many configurations of the Coral
Reefer Band, Beach Band, and Large Beach Band are also explained in
detail. Utley hints at the future of the Buffett world and delivers
his message to the Buffett fans.

"Jimmy Buffett: Live in Anguilla," which in our opinion is one of the
most unique live releases of modern times, was produced by Mac
McAnally. Mr. McAnally has produced many albums in his career, and
many for Jimmy Buffett. Check out www.mailboatrecords.com for more
information.

Tune into the 101st episode and enjoy the music and discussion, from
anywhere in the world on Radio JimmyDreamz. **All broadcasts are

Greetings to all this morning,
It is Thanksgiving Day and before I sit down to a hot dinner this
afternoon I wanted to thank everyone who has supported Time After
Island Time Radio since our inception in October of 2003. We have
come a long way in 4 years and Paul and I have a LOT to be grateful
for.
We have had a lot of obstacles but have managed to continue to grow
stronger. Through all of the hoopla about Internet Radio going the
way of the west and even people who would like to see us fail - we
have tirelessly pressed on. We are both surprised at what we have
accomplished so far and are very, very, thankful for everyone and
everything. Especially YOU, our listeners.
We recorded our 100th episode yesterday with special guest Michael
Utley, and for your listening enjoyment on this Thanksgiving Day we
are pleased to announce the Doyle Grisham interviews have now been
added to the library of TAIT ON DEMAND at Buffettnews.com.
Here you can listen to certain episodes of TAIT in their entirety
any time you wish. Just go to www.buffettnews.com and then navigate
to TAIT - On Demand. Then enjoy!!
Happy Thanksgiving and Thank you for Supporting TAIT

The Mark McGee and Luvplanet Radio Special on TAIT

This episode of Time After Island Time is about a man who had a dream
to become a master of the guitar. He has remained determined and is
undoubtedly a phenomenol guitarist. Mark McGee grew up in California,
and started practicing his craft at an early age. Working with the
Alameda All Stars, he was chosen by Gregg Allman to be the lead
guitarist and slide guitarist for Gregg Allman & Friends. Not content
just to perform with a musical legend, which is an accomplishment
enough, McGee's journey resulted in meeting vocalist and singer
Nicole Sutton. With others, they make up the band Luvplanet, a band
that harnesses the magic of melodic rock. You'll be able to hear the
music of Luvplanet, and a good variety of music, and hear Mark
McGee's story. Once you hear his tone...you'll be a fan for life!

Happy Birthday To Time After Island Time!

Musical Legend Floyd Miles brings in four years of Time After Island
Time

"In the beginning, there was the beach. They called it Daytona. It
would become the "World's Most Famous Beach" because men raced cars
there from the dawn of the automobile. Then came the sound: the music
and beat of the beach. The music floated out from little bars and
saloons up and down Main Street.

Floyd Miles made that sound. He was a part of its genesis, of that
street, of that era - sweet soul music and blues. A touch of mellow
keyboard, the sting and bite of a blues guitar lick, the pump of a
steady, thudding bass line, the snap of a snare, and a vocal with
grit, meaning and substance. No fluff. Real music. Music that grabbed
you and shook you. "(Tom Tucker)

Floyd Miles is our very special guest this month helping us to bring
in four years of Time After Island Time. A man known for his voice
and soul as much as his sunny personality. He has recorded and
performed with the likes of James Brown, the Drifters, Rufus Thomas,
Sam and Dave, Root Boy Slim, Lucky Peterson, the late Alex Taylor and
currently you can catch him on the road with Gregg Allman and
Friends. You will never hear a voice quite like Floyd Miles. In fact,
it was he who actually taught Gregg Allman to sing.

Tune into this celebratory episode of Time After Island Time, and
hear Floyd Miles story and most of all hear lots of great music! And
as Floyd Miles would say, "Don't forget the shrimp!"

The Bruce Katz Special on Time After Island Time Radio

On this episode we welcome pianist, organist, and songwriter Mr.
Bruce Katz. Bruce Katz is the leader and front man for the Bruce Katz
Band. When not performing his own music he is the organist and
pianist with the band "Gregg Allman and Friends."

As a session player he has appeared on albums recorded by artists
ranging from John Hammond to the legendary Little Milton. Yet somehow
Mr. Katz finds time to teach piano, Hammond organ and music theory at
the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He also teaches the first
ever in-depth blues history class at the University. A credited class
which he created himself.

If you are a blues fan, this is the authentic stuff! His latest
album is called "A Deeper Blue," and in addition to hearing his own
music, you'll hear a good variety of real authentic blues music.
