Ok, so i'm sure some of you already know by one means or another, but
for those who don't. David Rowell has his music on Myspace.com as 1.25
under the music section of the site. On his page, he has a track
named "AC Steel", and on this track i got to do some pretty cool slide
& lead electric. I don't get the chance to do it as much as i'd like
so i kinda unloaded on this one. Check it out in the files section of
this group or at http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?

Well even if you're not looking for love, and just a bit of fun thought I'd give
you all this tip. So you can stay away from all the BS fake
profiles places. This is what I've been using
http://www.camsandchatrooms.info/kwrm . No joke, I've messaged about 5 women
close to me and already 3 have responded, and I am already organising to meet up
with one. Not bad for a guy who hasn't had a date in a while, lol! :)
Met my fiance here! hehe. Thought I should share it with any other guys who are
worried about ending up alone like I was. Check it out

howdy y'all,
just wanted to let everybody know i have a gig down in homestead
(just south of miami) at the Main Street Cafe on Friday, 11/4 at
8pm. i know it's a big drive but it's a really cool place and worth
checking out for anyone interested in folk and acoustic music. and
what better night to check it out, than a night when you can ALSO
show support for a local musician! and it's on a friday night, so
afterwards you can go party in miami, or get back to stuart by
1:30am, and you know you'd be up that late anyway on a friday
night... so come on down and show some love, check out a great
place, and chill out to some folk-n-blues. also performing will be
nationally touring folk artist edie carey, a very awesome singer-
songwriter. google her and listen to some clips.
for details/directions go to www.MainStreetCafe.net
see you there!
love,
amanda

Okay, I know we (I) have been slacking. Summer just kind of flew by.
Anyway, here's some JoMiCo news: We finished recording our first CD.
It's being mixed and the artwork is being put together. It will
hopefully be ready in the next couple of months. We now have a MySpace
music webpage with songs, pics, schedules etc. www.myspace.com/jomico
<-check it out. We'll be competing at this Open Mic thing Thursday,
Sept. 15 at Tavern 213 in Fort Lauderdale. Finally, we'll be opening
for No Ka Oi at WAHOO's on Saturday, September 17th. That one should
be a freakin' party. Much love and respect.

i don't think you'll need anything but the monitor. shauna only has
one speaker going, but the sound is good enough out in the audience.
the monitors would definitely be a plus because you can't hear ANYTHING
up on stage. it's like playing in a concrete block. and tell your
drummer he needs a djembe. haha. later
I think you and Dave sans drummer would work better just because it's a haul, parking is limited and you only get 4-5 songs. Also, if you have a speaker you could use as a monitor, bring it because they don't have one and it was hard to hear anything on the stage.
