Hey, remember that request on the blackboard for shirt designs? No one has expressed any interest in making one, so I'm sending out this reminder.

 

The show title this year is "Millenium Celebration." The movements are called "Tapestry of Nations/Chaos," "Reflections of Earth (Life, Adventure, Celebration)," and "We Go On."

 

Anyone can submit a design. The design can be almost any format: scanned on the computer, computer drawn, GIF, JPEG, Photoshop, PSP, Illustrator, pencil, pen, crayon, sharpie, etc. Realize, though, that the design will wind up in Adobe Illustrator format, so feel free to use the program if you

have it. Please specify what shirt color(s) you would like the design to be on!

 

The front design can be a center image (see 2002 shirt), a pocket logo (see 2001 shirt), or a banner (see 2000 shirt). It can only be 2 different colors, though.

The back design is a large image (see any of the shirts!) that should contain the theme's name (Millenium Celebration) and "Thomas Jefferson Marching Colonials" (so people know who we are!). It can be up to 3 different colors.

Please note that your designs may be merged with any other designs as the band council sees fit.  The council will also have the final decision on the shirt color.

 

The designs can be e-mailed to katfey@... or mailed to Beth or Kathy McDonald (see the roster for the address), but must be sent by JULY 31. JULY 31. JULY 31!
