Hey all –

I’ve got a few notes for you regarding the upcoming week. First, we’ll be having band room cleanup tomorrow morning during “school”. Feel free to drop by and help out all morning or during whatever time you’ve got. You will be able to get service points for this, and it would be nice to have the band room clean and organized for the incoming freshmen.

A reminder to all leadership – we will be having our first meeting tomorrow in the band room from 11:00 to 1:00. Lunch will be provided. Again, please let me know if you’ll be unable to attend so we can get you all the information you missed.

If you would like to be a Quartermaster in the upcoming season, please send an e-mail to Brian Straw, our new Head QM, at bstraw@.... The sooner we can get you guys together, the sooner we can get the ball rolling on things such as the instructors’ lookout and painting the field.

Finally, I have attached the schedule for the summer. Any questions you have about summer rehearsals should be answered there.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, let Ben, Jessica, or me know, and we’ll try to get them taken care of for you.
