Hey all --

Here are a few reminders and notices about rehearsals and performances in
the near future:

For the JMU trip, make sure you get to school in plenty of time to be on the
field, ready to go at 10:00. Gravel lot may or may not be available for
parking. Bring a bottle of water [to be filled before practice], lunch for
the bus, and money for concessions for dinner. If you have medication that
you need to take sometime during the course of the day, don't forget it.
Warm clothes for after our performance are a must.

If you're not involved in the preview concert, we invite you to come out and
support your friends in SWE, Jazz band, advanced orchestra, and the choral
department.

There will be no rehearsal on Monday, October 18th. Tuesday's rehearsal will
run until 6:00, Thursday's will run until 5:45. You will need to be in the
band room at 5:45 dressed and ready to go on Friday for the Homecoming game.

The following week will also feature a few changes to the rehearsal
schedule. Monday's rehearsal will be as usual for winds and percussion.
Guard will be with David until 8:00. Tuesday will be on the normal rehearsal
schedule. No rehearsal on Wednesday [as usual] or on Thursday. Pat will be
on on Friday, and we will rehearse until 6:30. For those attending pep band,
dinner will be available so that we can leave on time.
