We have a HUGE offering of service opportunities for all of you over the next two weeks. These things are listed in order of urgency -- we really need help with this first item in particular.

 

1. The Boosters asked Band Council to help them out with finding volunteers, so here I am. We desperately need AT LEAST 10-12 volunteers to help stuff the envelopes that go to students when they pick up their schedules. The logistics are such: we need two people for each flyer and there will be 5-6 flyers. The job will take place at TJ on Wednesday, August 10th from 9AM to whenever we finish (estimates say at about 1pm). Meet in the audlob until further notice. 2. On MONDAY, August 15th we will be cleaning the bandroom in order to get ready for uniform fittings. This will be from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. We need people to do this DESPERATELY or uniform fittings will probably be a bit hectic.
