Hey guys,

Two things:

1. Band Council will be meeting Wednesday at lunch. THE BANQUET is the most
important topic, but we'll also start talking about Letter Sheets, Superlatives,
JDay, All Things Band Night and Orlando. We'll probably also meet next Wednesday
and the following one.

2. Freshman Preview Night is Wednesday from about 5-7:30. We need some people to
man the booth in gym 2 (probably 2-3 people) and some more to pass out flyers at
doors (probably about 6-8 people). If you are interested and available, please
email me at mgfrog18@... so I can pass your name on to Ms. Ulrey. I
personally cannot attend (my lessons are Wednesday nights)

4/23 and 4/25: 4-6 volunteers at a band table to hand out Freshman Audition
Excerpts and flyers about TJ Bands.

Tuesday, April 24 –6:30-8:30 All Things Band Night. I will be tapping 10-12
people for the Question and Answer panel, but we also will need 1-2 kids from
each section to be there for our student-only session. Band Council is expected
(read: nearly required) to attend. There will be baked good opportunities.

5/7-10: 6:30-8:30 AUDITION WEEK. 2 Students Needed Each Night. NOTE: This is
during AP Weeks, but will help the audition process go a lot smoother.
