1.  Nominations for Band Council in class this week.  Think of possible candidates for the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian (We choose 2-3), Class Rep (2009, 2010, 2011, 2 for each class).  We will vote next Monday in class.

2.  JDAY Booth!  We have a booth for JDay where people can pay to play guitar hero or rock band.  Sign up to work at the booth for an hour shift and get some last-minute letter points!

3.  Superlatives, Letter Sheets, and Banquet Forms are due FRIDAY. Banquet form is attached to this email. 

4. Note from the Hospitality Committee:

Please deliver your designated refreshment item(s) to the Auditorium Lobby between 6 and 6:30 p.m. on concert night (Monday June 2), as follows:

 

Symphonic Wind Ensemble  -  two dozen dessert or snack items.

 

Symphonic Band  -  one 2-liter bottle of soda, punch, or water.

 

Concert Band  -  one 2-liter bottle of soda, punch, or water.

The Hospitality Committee is currently made up of one member.  I organize and serve refreshments at four concerts per year.  My son will graduate on June 14.  Yeah!!

 

Freshman and Sophomore parents please consider chairing this committee.  Volunteer now to help next year!
