Hey everyone,
I hope you guys are all doing ok with the massive amount of rain
coming down.
Because of the rain last night during the game we had to leave all our
uniforms and raincoats out to dry. However, we need both rooms clean
by 8am Monday morning so that we are not causing inconveniences for
the Orchestra and Chorus classes in M8. It is also unfair to make the
people in Jazz I to clean up the band room just because they are the
first class of the day. So from 10-12 on Sunday morning I need
volunteers to help clean up both rooms and get it organized again.
We have a lot of things to do:
fold raincoats
re-unite plumes with hat boxes
move all hat boxes to Band Room
bag all uniforms and store
move all shoes to cubbies
all perc covers back on instruments/all flags wrapped and stored
tarp folded and stored
Stack chairs/rack stands
so we need as much help as we can get.
