Favorite Song

I've really enjoyed reading other posts on the list and hearing what
other people think of David and his music. I fell in love with David
when I heard "We Are Each Other's Angels" at a Youth Retreat several
years ago. Since then, I have been addicted! The music is wonderful and
there is so much truth and beauty to every song.
I hate having to pick a favorite song on Corners, it is a wonderful CD.
I think I'm going to have to say Home By Now. First of all, I love the
way that the song sounds. Second, I love the message. There are so many
choices and so many roads that we don't travel down. The choices that we
make don't always turn out as we hope and sometimes hurt us more than
what we could ever imagine. It's easy when we think that all the choices
are out in front of us, but it doesn't always work out as we plan. Makes
you stop to think about things...
Also, I was introduced to the music of Josh Lamkin this summer at
Montreat. I just got his CD in the mail today. Josh is awesome too, if
you get to hear anything of his, take the opportunity!!
I can't wait to hear some of David's music from Down Under.

Lens Cap is one of my favorite songs if pressed to pick just one. There is something magical about the words that make me see what the photographer sees. ...
