i have been on a kick of reading books that my youth group kids enjoy. i've
just gotten caught-up on the harry potter series - don't laugh, they're
really very entertaining. earlier in the summer i finished the lord of the
rings, which i had actually never read before & really enjoyed. my next
novel prospect is "homecoming" by cynthia voight, recommended to me by some
10th grade girls. my current meditative selection is "the cloister walk" by
kathleen norris, which i received recently from a friend.

anyone have suggestions for my teenage reading list?

great to see david at montreat, week 4. one of the best shows i've seen him
do for a large audience. and i'm really digging on these new songs!
