Greetings from Boulder Colorado! My name is Kim and I just recently
discovered David LaMotte and had the pleasure of seeing him perform
and hear his music for the very first time on my 46th birthday at a
house concert in Denver. It was the best birthday present I could
have given myself, and I thoroughly enjoyed David's music, his
presentation, and his gentle spirit. He put the icing on the cake by
having the audience join him in a spontaneous singing of Happy
Birthday to me that he somehow fit into one of his kid songs. It was
great, and really made my day! I was so inspired by his presentation
that I ordered the box set plus an extra double cd live to give to
one of my friends. The box set just arrived today, and though I
haven't had a chance to listen to all of them yet, I know for sure I
will be ordering a handful more of the double cd to give as presents
and some of his other cd's. David, I might even end up buying at
least one more box set. So far, besides the double live Good Tar,
I've listened to In the Light and S.S. Bathtub cd's and love them
both!

of Good Tar! Hearing your music for the first time at the concert,
getting to meet you, and now having more of your music at home, has
just been the beginning of a fantastic new year of life! Keep it

Kim
