Bowman is the artist in focus on Morning Performance each
weekday between 11.30 and 1pm BST on BBC Radio 3.

In summary:
Monday: Recordings for the BBC since 1967 including Vaughan
Williams' Ten Blake Songs, Michael Nyman's Inanna and Her
Omnipotence and Bach Cantata 82.
Tuesday: Early music including songs by Monteverdi, Lawes,
Byrd and Blow and also Pergolesi's Stabat Mater.
Wednesday: Handel and Bach including excerpts from Giustino
and Bach Cantata 169.
Thursday: Britten and Purcell including the former's Canticle IV
and the latter's Hail! Bright Cecilia.
Friday: Contemporary music including songs by Alan Ridout,
Music from Peter Maxwell Davis' opera Taverner and Elizabeth
Lutyens' The Tears of the Night.
James Bowman will also be interviewed during the course of all
five programmes.
