I used to make my own reeds [oboe & EH, never was successful with bassoon reeds], but have lost the knack. I now buy [oboe & EH] reeds from Yuki Harding. ...

Hi again Liz, I have never and probably never will learn to make reeds. For me, the best option has been to find an oboist who does make them and buy them.

Hi: Lately I have been suing some I believe the brand is Easton reeds and I have been sounding verry flat on all notes and my middle b flat has been coming
