Saw Roger and fellas at the Triple Crown in San Marcos last night.
They really put on a great two hours worth of, as Roger
called, "coming to happy hour and fucking around".

Listening to Roger's disc right now and after three songs am really
impressed.

Can't wait to see them with Mark Jungers at Gruene Hall tomorrow
night. He said they'd "do a real show" at Gruene.

Roger mentioned he got a call from Billy Joe Shaver. Apparently,
they will be opening for him in Waco the day before
Thanksgiving...he also mentioned that they'd be doing another show
on Thanksgiving day with BJS in Waco. Not sure on the specifics but
he was very excited at the prospect of it all.

Lastly, he said that they received a very warm reception in Texas
and they'd already booked 4 or 5 dates for their triumphant return
to Texas in March 2006....seems like good things are happening....
