Subject: [TheTalons] Volunteers for Spring Fling

All last minute preparations have been made and Thursday evening will be
here before we know it.  We need about 30 people to help prepare, serve
and cleanup on Thursday evening.  We will fire up the grill at about
3:00 p.m. and we have several volunteers for cooks.  We are mostly in
need of servers and cleanup after the event.  Many of you have said that
you would be there and do whatever is needed.   Because we want to make
sure that each family has the opportunity to eat together at some point
in the evening, it would help if you would reply and indicate which
shift you would prefer to work.

Last year we had 2 service tables with 4-5 servers at each table.
Please review the schedule below and let us know where and what time you
can help out.
