HOCKEY FANS!!!
We are honored to be playing the Kill Your Idols 10th Anniversary
show - this Sunday - January 1st - at CBGB.
Show starts at 5 and is $10.
Aside from the mighty KYI (and ourselves, obviously), Ensign, Inhuman,
Shell Shock & Urban Riot will also be on the bill (with possible
special guests....don't ask me 'cause I don't know).
We have known the Kill Your Idols guys since long before KYI was even
a band. We did our first tour with them in '98 - and it's been
awesome seeing them transform themselves into one of the best & most
highly regarded hardcore punk bands to come from our neck of the woods.
And....here's a no-prize trivia question....a pat on the back to those
who get it right:
Where did Kill Your Idols get their name from?
See ya on the ice!!!

Hockey fans!
Unfortunately - the illness has progressed instead of
regressed.....therefore, we've had to cancel tonight's show in D.C. as
well.
Hugest apologies go out to everyone who was looking forward to seeing
us this weekend, the other bands who we were supposed to play with,
and all the people involved in setting-up, running & promoting these
shows....we know how much effort you guys put into these shows....and
no doubt - both shows kicked (or will kick) major ass.
Tonight's show in D.C. with the Goons, Supreme Commander, the Low
Budgets & Alleged Bricks is simply killer....so y'all get your butts
down to the Warehouse Next Door at 8:30!
BOTH SHOWS WILL BE MADE UP!!! DATES COMING SOON!!!!
Much love...
- 2MA
Hockey fans!
There is no type of message that a band hates sending out more than
this one.
Due to illness (and we're not talking about a headache & sniffly nose
here) - we're going to have to cancel tonight's show at the Sidebar in
Baltimore (12/2).
In the 8 years we've been playing shows & the hundreds of shows we've
had booked, we have only had to cancel like this maybe 2 or 3 times.
And, trust me when we tell you that no one feels as bad about
cancelling as we do....ANY band worth their weight in hockey pucks
will tell you that they are always the ones most disappointed with
having to cancel.
We WILL schedule a make-up date for this show -- and we'll hopefully
have a new date scheduled in the next couple of weeks.
Our hope is that no one who had planned to go to this show tonight now
decides not to just because our lame-ass hockey selves won't be
there....any show with Supreme Commander, Tenwatch, the Low Budgets &
Trash Camp kicks severe ass - and you should all go!!!!
Now - as far as D.C. tomorrow (12/3) - that is up in the air. We're
going to rest & medicate & try to get ourselves well....and if we can
make it - we'll be there tomorrow ready to rock....if we can't...be
assured that we'll get a make-up date for D.C. ASAP also...we'll let
you know.
Sorry 'bout this....feel free to forecheck us the next time you see us.

Hockey fans....
Today we take off our hockey helmets in tribute to Al from the band
Eyes of Hate.
Eyes of Hate were a band that we first played with back in 2001. A
misunderstanding (due to promoter incompetency) led to Two Man and
Eyes of Hate not getting off to the best of relationships, but after
the air was cleared, the two bands became friendly & played several
shows together over the years.
Al was a regular in the Long Island & New York hardcore/punk scene.
He was a friendly face who you always saw at shows & was someone
with whom you could always talk at length about old, obscure bands,
or upcoming shows, or whatnot.
Al was a true scenester who will most certainly be missed.
We heard about Al's death just prior to our show last Friday night
in Brooklyn.
The initial rumor was that he died of a heroin overdose. We just
want to clear that rumor up so that it spreads no further:
Al did NOT die of a heroin overdose.
The truth is that Al's heart was twice the size it should have been
& he had very high blood pressure. He refused to take medication
for his condition, and he died of a heart attack.
Al's funeral will be held tomorrow - on Wednesday, September 7th at
11:15 a.m. at Parkside Memorial Chapels, 98-60 Queens Blvd. (corner
of 66th Ave.), Rego Park, Queens, New York. If you are going by
subway, you will need to take the R or G to 67th Ave. & walk 1 block
west.
For those seeking more info about the funeral, or for those who wish
to sign his memorial guestbook, you can go to:
http://www.eyesofhate.com/
Two Man will be playing a big tribute/benefit show for Al which will
take place on Sunday, September 18th at Molly Bloom's in Amityville.
We'll send more info about that show next week.

The new edition will include the entire original CD, songs from our
split 7"s with the Loiterers and Mad Cow Dizeaze 182, our demo and
an unreleased Down By Law cover ("Punk as Fuck") that was
recorded
at the same time as the demo. No release date has been announced

First off - thanks to everyone who came out on Friday night....hope
it was as good for you as it was for us.
We're taking August off - but we'll be back in action in September.
For now, though, we want you to know about a new film just released
on DVD called 'Shooting Vegetarians'.
Two Man Advantage - as well as a bunch of other Go Kart bands (and
some non-Go Kart bands, too) are on the soundtrack (H2O actually has
quite a significant role in the film...cooool). About 10
seconds of "H.O.C.K.E.Y." can be clearly heard playing in the
background during a scene just before the hour-mark of the film.
The film is distributed by Go Kart Films, which probably explains
how we ended up on the thing.
Anyway.....you can check out the film's website by going to
http://www.shootingvegetarians.com/
On the site - you will find links to purchase the DVD at Amazon.com -
or a link to put it on your NetFlix queue.
Enjoy....see at the movies (and on the ice, of course)!

I don't want to give too much away - but we're gonna try to do some

space is in Franklin Square - about 2 miles east of the
Queens/Nassau border, and about a mile south of the Stewart Manor

e-mail us back here, or contact Snapshot directly at slpjnt@...,
and he'll go over all the details with you.

You know what? Screw it with the website for now....we haven't been
able to update it...we're working on it - I swear, but who the hell
knows when it's going to be ready to go again?
If you want the latest info - your best bet is to go to the MySpace
page which the Internet gods actually do let us update:
http://www.myspace.com/twomanadvantage
In any case - happy holidays & a Happy New Year to everyone.
Our last show of 2004 will be the day after Xmas....Sunday, December
26th.
We'll be at CBGB, located at 315 Bowery in New York City
(www.cbgb.com). Doors at 5. First band on (which might be us) at
5:30......show over by 11.
The show is $8.
Sharing the night with us will be our good friends No Redeeming
Social Value, The Six & Violence, and Norman Bates & The Showerheads.
Again.....to all of you who have supported Two Man over the past 7+
years (wow) - we appreciate it from the bottom of our drunk hockey
hearts. Let's hope the NHL gets its act together in '05. And, for
the Two Man, we're hoping 2005 is quite an active year. We're
looking forward to our 3rd full-length 'South of Canada' finally
hitting the shelves, a re-release of 'Drafted' (with bonus tracks),
maybe a split or two with some close friends.....hell - maybe we'll
even get the website back on track....double-hell....maybe we'll even
do some touring - ya never know.
Keep it here.
See ya on the ice.
