Likewise, not exactly the same, but there's always keyboard(s) and one or more headsets. A friend of mine using a headset distribution box with 6 or so headsets. Not exactly the same, but it works. He takes the setup to nursing homes and those that want to hear can and those that don't, really don't even know he's there. The whole setup is quite compact and probably doesn't weigh over 30 or so pounds including the laptop.
