Well , I'm not an Aussie , and unfortunately I never saw Wall Of Voodoo
. I guess I can't confirm your claim . But , it is great to get mail on
this list .
I have seen Stan Ridgeway a couple of times , and yeah , he's cool .
I think , anybody that subscribes to this list , who has any stories
from the past , information about the individual members , or even
little known facts (no matter how insignificant it seems) should come
forth here on the WOV one list , and show what you got !
This should be the smokinest list in our mailboxes !
I wish I had a bunch of information to tell , but I don't really . I
have all the albums (on cd) BUT I don't have Grandma's House , even on
vinyl . I'm gonna have to think about which is my favorite song
.(Leaning towards Call Of The West)
I have followed the solo performances as well . I'd especially like to
catch a show of Marc Moreland's , Dept. Of Crooks ,or whatever he might
be into . And , if Andy Prieboy ever finally gets his act on the road ,
and comes out east , I'll score a ticket .
I think everybody who emerged from Wall Of Voodoo is really awesome .
That's why I say : whatever you have , stories , anecdotes , useless
information , you should send it here , I know I'll dissect it all !
Thanks for giving me your time , and the soapbox !
