We're cookin' up a fine weekend of workshops, dances, great food, and
parties to look forward to in the Emerald City this December! The
planning committee has been hard at work: this year, our program will
include more community-building workshops, intermediate calling
workshops, and square dance music workshops.

We're excited to have Bob Dalsemer on board as our main caller &
teacher this year - Bob is the dance instructor at The John C.Campbell
Folk School and Coordinator of Music and Dance Programs at The Folk
School. He has a wealth of knowledge to share with us!

Our music line-up is equally exciting! We've got The Tallboys on
board (with WB Reid guest fiddling). The Tallboys have been a driving
force in Seattle's dance community in the past few years with their
spectacular Monday Night Tractor Tavern Square Dance. Instrumental
in creating Seattle's dance community, we're excited that the The
Small Wonder Stringband (Sandy Bradley + Jere & Greg Canote) are
joining forces once again to bring you dance music that will knock
your socks clean off!

The full workshop calendar will be up on the website soon. As will
information on housing & carpools for any of you coming in from out of
town. A few full and partial worktrade positions are available to
those of you who are short on funds.
