Hello and welcome to the group. I'm Gene Michaels from Green Bay, a
promoter of insurance, real estate, construction services, and
entertainment (promoted over 5,000 events so far at 64 years young).
Over the years I have promoted, managed and booked some excellant blues
bands. Some of the outstanding musicians I have heard and known
include Gerry Cain, outstanding guitartist from Menominee, Michigan;
Jimmy Crimmins, outstanding guitartist from Green Bay; Dave Lark
outstanding guitartist from Escanaba, Michigan; and Sam Lark,
outstanding bass guitartist from Green Bay. One of my fav R&B bands,
are the Groove Hogs. There have been others, but these are the ones
that immediately come to my thoughts when I think blues.

What blues musicians do you other members (of this group) know of from
the Wisconsin area, that are worth seeing? Who are your fav blues
bands.

Are any of you, musicians? I would like to know about you, so please
post an intro of yourself. and your connection to blues music.
