Witchwood...
Hi Tom!
Nice to see you are so concerned about my responding! Thanks.
The show at Sellersville was terrific. Everyone played well and this is the
first time I heard DC crack so many jokes on stage. It seemed that there was
just as much laughter from the audience as there was applause!
I do not recall all the order of the set list, but the highlight of this tour,
for me, is “Hangman and the Papist.” It was the first Strawbs song I ever
heard and I just love it. I’m always happy when they include it in the
set.
I met up with some of the Witchwooders at the show, Joe(Philly), Cinnie, and
Joannie. Unfortunately I never did see Maryanne.
This was also my boyfriend, Johnny’s first time seeing the guys. He is a big
Yes fan and he liked the music, bought a CD and said he would go again. One
for the win!

I would have thought that Amanda would
have chimed in by now. She made arrangements to meet all these people there. But
no word from her. Actually she rarely posts to Witchwood anymore. I would
imagine they played a full set since Van der Graff wasn't playing with them. I
was just curious what the set list was. "Simple Visions" would have been a great
song to hear. Although they only played 7 songs at Beechland in Cleveland.
Hearing Dave Lambert sing "Oh How She Changed"(his voice can't touch Tony
Hoopers but i loved to see him sing this one" and "Midnight Sun" made my night.
Tom
