Hello, my name is Cally from Essex, England - shy, but sincere,
person wishing to expand her social circle.

I love classical music, and I am a competent amateur musician. I
play flute and recorder. Done a limited amount of public playing
some years ago. I have played in a chamber orchestra and volunteered
for Masterclasses at London's Royal College of Music and Queen's
College, Oxford. I also participated in a massive flute choir at
London's Barbican Arts Centre in September 1991, organised by the
British Flute Society, as part of the 200th anniversary of Mozart's
death.

My favourite composers are J S Bach and Beethoven. My favourite
musicians are James Galway, Belgian violinist Michael Guttman, and
singer Emma Kirkby.

gaps that need to be filled, since I have to combine web design with
a full time job, music practice and studying part time at the Open
University. I am doing a degree in earth and planetary science and
music. Any ideas or suggestions, warmly welcomed.

Would like to meet up with music lovers from the London/Essex area
for an occasional get together to go to a classical event. Also,
looking to contact any music lovers from the New York City area who
are interested in the Summer Music Festival of the Hamptons.
