Adagio can at best be described as an exciting mixture of fabulous guitar parts intertwined with majestic style keyboards and an astonishing rhythm section. Stephan Forte breathtaking virtuosity of which is often reminiscent of Yngwie Malmsteen, Marty Friedman and Michael Romeo is fused together with classical influences that show an unmistakable preference for Bela Bartok. All of this while hints of progressive bands such as Symphony X, Dream Theater and Time Requiem can be found running rampant in his music.
