of Jordan Keller, Brian Littrell's attorney. If you are a supporter
of the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids® or a fan of Brian
Littrell please take time to read this letter. The letter is
addressed to Bill Todd and concerns his alleged affiliation with the
Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids® and his alleged personal
relationship with Brian Littrell and his family. If you have

Dear Mr. Todd,
My name is Jordan Keller and I am Brian Littrell's attorney. I also
represent Brian's foundation, the Healthy Heart Club for Kids. It
has come to my attention that you have been involved in holding
yourself out as an authorized representative of the HHC.
Additionally, you have called yourself a friend of Brian and AJ
McLean to third parties over the Internet.
After some checking, we have ascertained that you are not an
authorized representative of the HHC and that neither Mr. Littrell
nor Mr. McLean has any knowledge of your existence.
I must direct you to cease and desist from any further activities in
which you hold yourself out as some representative of the HHC or
attempt to collect donations on its behalf. Should you fail to heed
this directive, we will engage our international policing agency to
take the appropriate actions necessary to prevent your further
unauthorized activities.
I would be happy to speak with you further about this email should
you have any questions about my directive. Additionally, we will be
posting this email on any sites related to the HHC or Mr. Littrell
in order to avoid any further confusion.
