Last night I restrung my Nunez 10-string in Theorbo tuning, and read
through one of my favorite pieces, Kapsberger's Tocatta Arpegiatta
from the original tab facsimile. The guitar sounds great!!! It had
been strung in Dm but it sounds much better in Theorbo tuning that I
am going to keep it there for a good long while.

Theorbo tuning is simply amazing on guitar, and Richard, at Strings
by Mail, now sells a Hannabach Theorbo set for 10- or 11-string
guitar. It goes down to low D on the 10-string, which is the lowest
note of Tocatta Arpegiatta, so the fit is perfect.

Please let us know which books you ordered, as I'm about to order the
Piccinini theorbo music as well.
