REVIEWS:
FLETCH TOWELL:
"CONTINUUM"
Lerah Productions
This work is a fresh combination of influences coming from Pop, Synth-Pop,
Jazz, Fusion and New Instrumental Music. Elements from all these trends
converge into a waterfall of creative vitality. The result is a precious
collection of pieces with an emotive air, sometimes happy, sometimes
melancholy, not lacking in some occasions a suggestive aura of mystery. A
music brimming with dynamism, it injects vitality into the listener. Though
there are quiet parts, much of the music has a lively rhythm. The melodies
are luminous, optimistic, direct. The rhythms are lively, warm, sensual.
Although the stylistic spectrum involved is quite wide, the musical
personality of the author throughout the entire album can be clearly
appreciated. The CD shows an artist whose music possesses an unusual
personality, capable of attracting the attention of the listener at once.
An intense creative task can be appreciated throughout the entire album, as
well as in the orchestrations. In short, this is an excellent work, which
no doubt will contribute to increasing the reputation of Fletch Towell.

JOHN LAKVEET:
"BUILDING SEQUENTIAL STONES (E.C.A. Vol. 1)"
Groove
This is a spectacular album where John Lakveet shows his talent in the
creation of complex themes with powerful rhythms, mysterious melodies and
unusual atmospheres. The 14 pieces included in this CD are pure Space
Sequencer music of the best quality, with the philosophy of exploring new
sonic continents nonetheless without abandoning melody and rhythm. The
artist stages a spectacular performance of synthesizers and sequencers, all
of them set at the service of electronic music in its most cosmic side. The
melodies are intense, lucid, direct. The rhythms are usually based on the
sequencers. The music has a certain majestic air, and helps to evoke, in
the imagination of the listener, voyages to exotic places and impressive
experiences. Here we have a recording, in short, that no lover to these
kinds of music should miss in their collection.

CAN ATILLA:
"WAVES OF WHEELS"
Groove
Can Atilla shapes in this album a vigorous music, that flows between
Synth-Pop and Space Sequencer Music, with incursions into the New
Instrumental Music and evocations of Trance. Though there are slow parts,
much of the music has a lively rhythm. The sequencers have an important
role in all the compositions. Can Atilla shows in this album a great
sensitivity when it comes to creating passages dominated by warm, emotional
melodies, together with others where the strong sequencer rhythms dominate.
A general trait of the album is the fact that the music happens to be very
intense, vital, as if reflecting strong emotions.

ALPHA WAVE MOVEMENT:
"COSMOLOGY"
Groove
Starting from the fusion between Synth-Pop and Space Music, Alpha Wave
Movement weaves a solid tapestry of themes where we can also find elements
typical of Trance, Ambient, and New Instrumental Music. The artist draws
the plot of an exciting story of futuristic action with strong brush
strokes. Melodies which often turn out to be mysterious, powerful rhythms
and cybernetic ambiences are the master lines where this brilliant album is
based on.

ANDREAS AKWARA:
"PATHOS"
Groove
By using unusual architectures, Andreas Akwara creates dense pieces,
brimming with colors and shades. He utilizes electronics with a great
imagination and skill, breaking with quite moulds and exploring new musical
continents. The music turns out to be dreamy, oniric, at times soft, at
times lively, with some melancholy touches, with warm textures and
crepuscular colors, always bringing to the mind of the listener the vision
of magic universes.

REMY:
"DISCONNECTED"
AKH Records / Groove
By joining emotional melodies, with a certain melancholy, mysterious air,
with elements from Synth-Pop and from a Space Sequencer Music with certain
Analogic touches, Remy succeeds in creating a soundscape of a great beauty
indeed. The music is very intense, with romantic and also solemn traits,
yet without falling into an excessive sweetness. Although there are some
slow passages, most of the music has a good rhythm, with a prevalence of
the sequencers in the rhythmic structures.
