I apologize for the misunderstanding, it is not a decoder, it is a simple
player. What you can do is to playback/pause/loop up to four Multichannel Wav
files reading them from an SD card. So you can use it to playback a
spatialization of any kind pre-produced for a well known setup of speakers or to
feed raw audio files, mono or stereo, into a 3D workstation that will do the DSP
job.
In the first case we are in the installation market, you can put it in any
public ambient where a not-proaudio-skilled person will be able to playback your
art work. This is the reason why we sell also SD cards "plug and play". In the
second case you can use it as an utility to avoid to bring with you a computer
with converters, an ADAT or a Tascam just to play some multichannel audio... and
all the audio markets should be interested to do less hard work, isn't it? ;-)
