a: Saddam's Presidential Secretary , died in U.S. Custody.
According to a report, he was allegedly tortured by US investigators
to pressure him to provide information on Saddam's weapons programs. :

b: In May, 2003, Up to 3,000 Iraqis - some of them civilians -
believed to be gagged, bound, hooded and beaten at US camps close
to Baghdad airport. The International Committee of the Red Cross
had been denied access to what the organization believes could be as

inspect conditions under which prisoners were being held have been met

soldiers to kill JOURNALISTS and CAMERAMEN and to
COVER UP THE UGLY TRUTH : There are perhaps more
than 40 Journalists killed in Iraq since March 20, 2003.
We now only list a few here for High Commissioner's Attention :

-- In April 8, 2003 , José Couso, cameraman for the Spanish
Telecinco television station, died from injuries sustained when
U.S. troops purposely opened fire on the Palestine Hotel housing
numerous Journalists from all over the world in Baghdad;
-- Taras Protsyuk, 35, a Ukrainian citizen and cameraman for
Reuters, killed also in the U.S. attack on the Palestine Hotel;
-- Tarek Ayoub, cameraman for Al-Jazeera television, died from
injuries sustained in a U.S. air raid on the network's Baghdad office.

-- " On Sunday, Aug 17, 2003(Reuter) , U.S. troops shot dead
an Award-winning Reuters cameraman Mazen Dana, 43, while he
was filming near a U.S.-run Abu Ghraib prison on the outskirts of
Baghdad. " Dana's last pictures show a U.S. tank driving toward
him outside the prison walls. Several shots ring out from the tank,
and Dana's camera falls to the ground. " .
The truth is that the the Pentagon ordered the assassination of a
journalist in order to cover up secret mass burials of dead U.S.
soldiers and U.S.- contracted mercenaries in the deserts around
Baghdad. Because the Pentagon did NOT want the media telling
the U.S public the truth in Iraq. It is "Organized Terror" .

in order to COVER UP secret mass burials of dead U.S. soldiers."

-- The U.S. Troops torture, killing Iraqi Journalists.
The complaint followed an incident in the town of Falluja when
American soldiers fired at two Iraqi cameramen and a driver
while they were filming the scene of a helicopter crash.
Currently the Iraqi Journalists were "brutalized and intimidated"
by US soldiers, who put bags over their heads, told them they
would be sent to Guantanamo Bay, and whispered: "Let's have sex."
At one point during the interrogation, a US soldier shoved a shoe
into the mouth one of the Iraqis.
The US troops, from the 82nd Airborne Division, based in Falluja,
also made the blindfolded journalists stand for hours with their arms
raised and their palms pressed against the cell wall.
