In light of the Pentagon issuing its "annual" Report to exaggerate
China's military force, we, as concerned Citizens and Voters ,
urgently present the following pleas to our President and Congress :

1: We strongly urge our President to completely OPPOSE
Congress passing the Defense Authorization Act as well as all the
amendments of the US Senate regarding selling of an advanced
Military Ship to Taiwan (a landing vessel) and to start Military
Education Exchanges with Taiwan island's Armed Forces .

To put such an Act in our national "Defense" Act is particularly
Hostile to China. Such an Act and Military "Official" cooperation
with Taiwan is especially Provocative, Instigating and Dangerous .
Such an Act further incites Taiwan's separatist Chen ShuiBien's
"Independence" move to steal China's land and dividing Chinese people.

2: We completely Oppose the Pentagon's Anti-China stance.
We completely Oppose the Pentagon and some members in
US Congress extreme hostile attitudes to "Contain" China.
China is an old ancient, civilized, peaceful country. It deserves our
young government's Respect and "Engaging" instead of "Containing".

In fact, it appears China has a difficult time to feed its 1/5 of the
world population. Traditionally, China has had a very weak military
force. As you can see only about 60 years ago, Japan slaughtered
more than 35 million Chinese people (western media rarely report it)
and destroyed everything in China. "Be-heading" and numerous
WMD weapons testing on Chinese people were such common
practices by the most sadistic Japanese Imperial Military.
Many Western countries including the US occupied China, divided
and degraded the Chinese people. China did not ask Japanese
compensation at all. There is No way that China can be a military
threat to any country in just such short time. Please take a look at

What really needs to be contained is the Japanese Military rising very
fast again with all support from Pentagon. In our opinions, China does
need a sufficient military force to protect its Billion citizens and
territory
to prevent atrocious human history played out again. The anti-China
Neo-Con fanatics in Pentagon issued an "Annual" report which exaggerates
China's military force to incite US Congress to arm Taiwanese Separatists
to the teeth against its motherland China. Now Taiwan has 3 times more

The bottom line of the anti-China fanatics has nothing to do with
"protecting" Taiwan. It has all to do with "Containing " China or
using Taiwan as the stepping board to "Attack" China. The Anti-
China Pentagon has surrounded China all the way around starting
from Japan, S Korea, Central Asia, Pakistan, India , Vietnam ,
Philippines, South China Sea, Taiwan, ...........
An international consultant who works with Taiwan's ruling party
said : " ... At the same time, you have people who are far more
confrontational toward China and see Taiwan as a strategic Asset
in what they call the 'East Asian littoral' south of Japan that could
play a key role in containing China militarily."

It is so shocking some analysis report said that Anti-China
Pentagon fanatics want arms transfers to Taiwan that will make its
military and intelligence capabilities more "Compatible" with
Washington's. It said that is a major priority of the strongly
anti-Beijing
"Blue Team" fanatics, a group of prominent Washington think-tankers,
lobbyists and Congressional staffers both inside and outside the
administration who have promoted close military ties between the
United States and Taiwan and the inclusion of the island in
Washington's missile-defense plans for Asia.

TAIWAN CHEN DESTROYED TAIWAN'S DEMOCRACY:
Chen used the allegedly non-lethal "Assassination" to cheat the
Taiwanese voters by "Stealing" more than 700,000 "sympathy votes".
There were other numerous "Irregularities" in the balloting on
March 20, 2004 which were recently found by Taiwan's opposition
Party. Chen got elected with just 29,300 votes more than the
opposition party leader Lien's votes out of 13 millions votes.
Chen shamefully refused to be investigated "Independently"
on his allegedly "Staged Assassination" .

Recently, according to many citizens from Taiwan, Chen arrested
all of the major Heads of large scale Protests before his inaugural
day, last May 20. Those protesters are against Chen ShuiBien
and Annette Lu who used the dirty, disgusting stealing techniques
playing with public "emotion" to steal the "Sympathy " Votes.
Now, Chen is twisting around his words of Independence by saying
that China must allow Taiwanese people to determine its own future.
That is a lie. It is almost guaranteed that Chen will again "Cheat" and
"Instigate" the Taiwanese people to achieve his "Independence" game.
Already Chen has been relentlessly spreading the propaganda
through out Taiwan to make a new "Taiwanese Identity" so as to make
people in Taiwan look different from the ones in mainland China.

While there are numerous domestic problems in U.S. , it is a such
shame to see those Anti-China Congressman and Senators do
nothing for Americans but spend ALL their time to use the United
States Congress as a platform to propose numerous Anti-China
bills and resolutions as major weapons to strike China.

China has been making a great effort toward elimination of North
Korea's possible nuclear weapons as well as to curb Chinese own
citizens' violation of the new law (which urged by the US government
2 years ago) on Missile Export Control regulations. Recently there
are two Chinese companies fined because they violated China's new
