While the US government is using every threat to block EU to lift
weapons ban to China, we are Outraged that the US Administration is
pushing and luring Taiwan to buy $ 18 Billion of numerous Advanced
US Military Weapons (including the most provocative Submarines etc.)
for Nothing but to instigate Taiwanese separatists to proceed to a
Formal Independence from its motherland China as well as an attempt
to divide 22 million Chinese people in Taiwan island from their ancestors,
brothers, sisters, sons and daughters in mainland China. Therese Shaheen,
an anti-China fanatics, who just resigned from the American Institute
in Taiwan (AIT), is now in Taipei to push Taiwan to buy US Weapons.

Besides the planned massive Weapons sale , there are also many
other related events for example: some recent reports said that the US
wants Taiwan to attack China's Three Gorges Dam--hundreds of millions
of Chinese depend on it for electricity. The US is also constructing a
massive military facility in Guam now. Report said the US and Japan
recently waged a joint military exercise very close to China etc..........

We, as concerned Citizens and Voters, are presenting our Urgent,
Most Serious Requests to our Congress and President :

1: PLEASE IMMEDIATELY STOP THE ASTRONOMICAL
$18 BILLION ADVANCED WEAPONS SALE TO TAIWAN
TO INSTIGATE AND PROVOKE TAIWANESE SEPARATISTS'
INDEPENDENCE. Such a massive Weapons deal will absolutely
Ruin the US-China future Relationship in every aspect .
We believe such Hostile attitudes towards China will bring NO
benefits but a great reduction of future potential trade revenues from
China.

2: PLEASE ABOLISH THE ANTI-CHINA "USCC" NOW.
First of all, the key members in the US-China Economic and Security
Review Commission (USCC) were NOT Voted by the entire Congress.
Most of those members are the Anti-China "Blue Team" fanatics.
They are simply picked by many of the extreme Anti-China
Congressional Leaders as a tool to strike China .
Secondly, Let's ask Why Not to have an Economic and Review
hostile Commission with Japan, Australia, Canada, Italy , UK. ..... ?
Why does the US have to be so hostile against China ?
This Anti-China "USCC" is clearly becoming a "War Tool" and
"Proxy" for all those Fanatics and Haters in the U.S. Congress. The
USCC should Never have been formed and should be Abolished Now.

3: PLEASE STOP HONORING THE LOOPHOLE FILLED
"TAIWAN RELATIONS ACT.". The US may have promised
to defend Taiwan when it is being attacked by China. However,
Taiwan is part of China and all people in Taiwan are Chinese people.
Therefore, the US does NOT have the Right to interfere and mis-use
the Act to defend Taiwanese Separatists' stealing China's Land by
claiming "Independence" from China. In such a circumstance, China
has Every Right to defend her Territorial Integrity and protect All of
the Chinese people on the Island from being ruined and brainwashed
by the Separatist Chen ShuiBien and his fanatic DPP party. Taiwan
has been part of China since ancient times. All of Taiwanese are

Our further explanations for the above Requests are :

1: Numerous times, China has warned US that to sell Advanced
Weapons to Taiwan is the most Sensitive issue between US-China
Relationship. According to a recent survey report from China,
more than 90 % of the Chinese people think the US government
attitude towards China is Hegemony, Imperialist and very Hostile.
Therefore, even if Taiwan is willing to issue government Bonds to buy
the $18 Billion weapons from the US, the US Exports to China will be
very much offset and reduced in the future due to 1.3 Billion Chinese
people's Anger at US relentless interfering with China's internal affairs
by aiding Taiwanese separatists traitors and dividing Chinese people.
The bottom line is that $18 Billion Weapons sale will bring NO benefits
but more harm to the US in future. It will devastate the US-China
Relationship.

2: Many members in USCC are privately picked up by Congressional
leaders. Those leaders mostly have an extreme Anti-China stance.
For example: Democratic Senate Leader Tom Daschle and former
Republican Senate Leader Trent Lott are both members of the
"Taiwan Caucus"--a Taiwan Separatist Chen Shui-Bien's Political Lobby
in Washington. House Majority leader Tom DeLay even openly called
Taiwan island an "Independent" country. He attempted to sabotage
the "One-China Policy". DeLay also dined with Taiwan Chen in June,
2001 in Texas. We wonder what kind "Benefit Exchange" in that deal ?

Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi relentlessly accused China on the
Human Rights issue while ignoring US and many other countries
Rights violations. We are very concerned that it appears that Pelosi's
view on China's Human Rights is so consistent with the "Weekly Standard"
which is the Mouthpiece for the most Sadistic Neo-Cons. The Neo-Cons
are Anti-China fanatics and the ones who pushed War on Iraq which
killed perhaps more than a hundred thousands Iraqis since March 2003.
Did Congresswoman Pelosi ever accuse Neo-Cons' horrific War Crime ?

The fact is that since President Hu JinTao and Premier Wen JiaBao
took over China's Central government last year, China has included
"Human Rights" and citizens' "Property Rights" protection into their
"Constitution" the first time in Chinese History. China is No longer a
true Communist country . If there are no human rights in China,
then there would be no one willing to go to China to invest.
The fact is that China is the most favorite place for foreign investors .

The USCC is dominated by the fanatic Anti-China "Blue Team",
a group of prominent Washington think-tankers (like Weekly Standard,
the Heritage Foundation, the American Enterprise Institute.... etc.) ,
lobbyists and Congressional staffers both inside and outside the
administration. Most of them are Neo-Cons, Pro Neo-Cons, Right
Wing fanatics and anti-China Union members. Their purpose is
not only to push Military Ties between US and Taiwan but also to
provide an annual Deceptive, Biased, Exaggerated and Mis-leading
Report to US Congress on China's military and economic power so as
to provoke the US Congressional Hatred and Revenge against China.

Those evil "Blue Team" members are also the ones to blame for the
US-China Trade Imbalance. Because they block the US "high tech"
exports to China which China desperately needs. For example:
Michael Ledeen is a "Blue Team" anti-China fanatics.
He called for tightening Controls on all US exports to China.

3: Taiwan island is not only part of China's territory but also all
of the Taiwanese people are carrying Chinese Family Names.
For example: Chen, Liu, Huang, Tang, Yi, Lu, Chiang, Lin, Pan,
Wong, Sun, Tray, Tsai............. etc. All these single syllable
names are typical Chinese family names all over the World.
The separatist Chen Shui-Bien is a Chinese of Chinese decent.
Because Chen's family name is "Chen" . "Chen" is the most popular
family name in the biggest "Han" ethnic group in mainland China.
China has at least 5 major ethnic groups. The "Han" ethnic group
is the largest one which occupies about 90 % of all the Chinese
people. Chen betrayed his ancestors and all Chinese people.
Some new reports said Chen shot himself in the allegedly "Staged"
Assassination to win over the dirty "Sympathy Votes" on March 20,
2004. He continues to arrest all of the Protest heads..

We believe that China with 1.3 Billion population will be the World's
Biggest Market in the future. Many economic analysts said that it was
China's Economic progress which made Wall Street rise 20% in
2003. China's progress also revived Japan from its long economic
slump. We urge our Congress and Government to really understand
the Importance of the US-CHINA Relationship. Please stop the
"Double Faced" Dis-honest Foreign Policy towards China.
China is America's important friend and ally. Please Respect
China and do NOT interfere with China's own Internal Affairs on
all of its territory and all its people. Please NEVER sacrifice
China for a handful of Taiwanese Separatist Traitors. Thanks.
