The "Taiwan Caucus" linked US House Representatives

"TAIWAN RELATIONS ACT". The Bush Administration
insists on selling $ 18 Billion of the most Advanced

Dear Mr. President,

In light of the recent numerous provocative acts against China
from the US government and US congress, we are very
concerned about the effect on World Peace. As Citizens and
Voters, we present our Urgent Pleas here :

1: We completely OPPOSE the TAIWAN RELATIONS ACT.
This Act is NOT protecting Taiwan. This Act is NOT protecting
Peace along the Taiwan Strait.
On the contrary, this Act is to strengthen the Taiwanese
Separatists so that they can declare formal Independence. Also,
so that they can easily steal China's territory and splitting and
separating millions of Chinese people from their motherland China.

Taiwan is an inalienable part of China.

Such an ACT matters to China's Sovereignty. This provocative
ACT was signed 20 years ago between the US and Taiwan only
without being signed or agreed by the motherland China.
The Act severely interferes with China's Sovereignty, which
the US recognized Formally.

Such an ACT is also dangerously sending the wrong signals to the
Taiwanese separatists. It has now became the most Dangerous
factor to endanger the PEACE in East Asia and World Peace too.

2: We completely OPPOSE ANY ADVANCED WEAPONS
to be sold to Taiwan. There are numerous reports published recently
that claim that nearly all of those Advanced Weapons are also
"OFFENSIVE WEAPONS". The US intents to sell those most
powerful "OFFENSIVE" WEAPONS to Taiwan is against not only
the Taiwan Relations Act itself but also appears to be against
China. After this new sale, some of the Most Advanced Offensive
Weapons will be owned by the US and Taiwan only. Some of
the reports from Asia said that Pentagon anti-China fanatics are
pushing Taiwan to attack China.

3: Despite Taiwan separatist Chen Shui-Bien's relentless brainwashing
of the Taiwanese, most of the the Taiwanese OPPOSE Chen's
"Referendum" which was held on last Presidential Election Day,
March 20, 2004 regarding China's missiles issue.
Most of the Taiwanese understand that the removal of the
missiles will quickly trigger the Taiwanese Separatists and their
DPP Ruling party to declare Independence from the motherland China.
Therefore, the REFERENDUM WAS NOT PASSED.

A big Mistake was made by the "USA TODAY" on July 13, 2004
which stated that "The referendum, passed by an overwhelming
margin, called on China to remove missiles that target Taiwan" .

Also, all of the US media reported that more than 500,000 people
protested in Hong Kong to demand for "Full" democracy. (they all
did not quote the "Source" on where they got "500,000" protesters.)
In fact, the actual number was only 200,000 on July 1, 2004
according to "Hong Kong Police" and a handful of honest foreign
media. The truth is that today's Hong Kong has far more "Democracy"
than during the previous 100 years Colonial rule by the British Empire.

It is so Shocking to see that the Taiwan Relations Act (TRA) being
voted and strengthened "twice" (April 10 and July 15) in just the
last 3 months by the US House Representatives. We can not find any
American issue more urgent in Congress than to strengthen the TRA.
Nearly ALL of the Sponsors and co-Sponsors of the TRA are
the members of the "Taiwan Caucus" --Taiwanese separatist Chen
Shui-Bien's Political Lobby in Washington. The Report said that
July 15 Act was sponsored by Rep. Tom Lantos who is also a

It is shameful that those "Taiwan Caucus" linked Congress members
seem have Nothing to do but to to spend all their time propssing
Resolution after Resolution in Congress to interfere with China's
internal affairs and intend to break the important US-China
Relationship and to break the Peace in the Region and the World.
While more than 45 MILLION Americans have NO HEALTH
INSURANCE, those "Taiwan Caucus" linked Congress members
do NOT spend any time to help such urgent Health Issues.
It is a Tragedy for Americans to vote for those Congressmen .

Many new reports have stated that Japan again has intentions
to steal Taiwan and its nearby sea while using the conflict on the
Taiwan Straits as well as the US-Japan alliance and US provocative
"Missile Defense Systems" building up along the East Asia now.
Please never forget that Japan slaughtered more than 35 MILLION
Chinese in mainland China and Taiwan from 1930 to 1945. Japan
also slaughtered more than 4,000 American soldiers in Pearl Harbor

Prof. Zhang Tongxin, Director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and
Macao Research Center of the Renmin University of China, points

We sincerely urge our Congress and our President that now is the
time to abolish the dangerous "Taiwan Relations Act" and abolish
the "Foreign" entity "Taiwan Caucus" which serve no one but the
Taiwanese separatist traitor Chen Shui-Bien and his DPP party.

China is NOT a dictator regime. China has placed Human Rights
and Citizens Property Rights protection the first time in their New
Constitution this year under President Hu Jintao and Premier
Wen JiaBao. With 1.3 billion population, giving more time, we do

work, China's average income was about $1000 a year last year.
However, comparing to the more than $ 20,000 average income a
year in US, China will need another hundreds of years of reform to
