of the Anti-China fanatics in Pentagon, Congressional

Institute" (AEI), "Heritage Foundation" , "Weekly Standard"

tried to go further with their FANATIC Move to "Confiscating"

1: Please Immediately RETURN ALL of the Chinese Owned
Drones back to China currently being held in Israel. They are
Chinese "Properties" which China had purchased from Israel
in the early 1990's.
We also ask our Government to investigate Who Initiated
such vicious and provocative "Confiscating" of Chinese's drones ?

According to WorldNetDaily, the Pentagon knew of drone-repair
deal long ago. AGAIN, some foreign reports also stated that
Taiwanese Separatist Chen-ShuiBien's US "Lobby" using his secret,
relentless "MONEY BRIBING" in US Congress, Pentagon and
various US Government agencies are behind the attempt to prevent
the drones from returning to China. Many analysts wonder could
the "Drone" issue be a Plot between Pentagon and Taiwanese
Chen Shui-Bien's separatists' government against China ?

2 : Please STOP the Pentagon from imposing a new Anti-China
U.S. plan to replace its civilian defense contractors in Taiwan with
Active Duty Military Personnel. This is another PROVOCATIVE
and very HOSTILE MOVE against the Chinese people.

3: We strongly request our Congress to Dismantle the anti-China
"U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission." and
Anti-China Separatists forces "Taiwan Caucus".
These Congressional organizations recommend NOTHING BUT
the exaggerated "China threat" theory to US Congress, Pentagon
and Administration to incite Hatred and Hostility against China.
A couple of months ago, these Anti-China Congressional fanatics
even allowed to host a US-Taiwan "Cooperative" meeting in US
Capital Congressional building with one of the most fanatic Taiwan
Independence Separatists - former Taiwanese president Lee Deng-Hui.

4: We urge our Government to Stop Selling Weapons to Taiwan.
More and more, we found it is not just selling "Defensive" weapons.
The Pentagon wants to sell all kinds of "ATTACK" Weapons
and high tech Weapons Technology to Taiwan. Such move will
send exact wrong message to Chen Shui-Bien's Government .
All of these hostile behaviors from Pentagon towards China
make many American analysts worry and wonder What is the
US motive along the Taiwan Strait ??

THE IMPACT OF PROVOCATIVE ANTI-CHINA MOVES :
The Pentagon's Anti-China provocative moves greatly Endanger

The Pentagon and "US-China Economic and Security Review
Commission" both viciously lie and exaggerate about China's
defense budget. However, the TRUTH is that according to
China's White Paper in 2004 Defense :
"China's defense budget stood at 170.78 billion yuan (US$20.65
billion) in 2002 and 190.8 billion yuan (US$23.07 billion) in 2003,
accounting for 1.62 per cent and 1.63 per cent of country's gross
domestic product (GDP) each year."
In 2003 China's defense budget was 5.69 per cent of the U.S.',
56.78 per cent of Japan's, 37.07 per cent of Britain's.......
The US defense budget in 2003 fiscal year was US$404.92 billion,
accounting for 3.6 per cent of U.S. GDP. Then it increased to
US$460.55 billion in the 2004 fiscal year, an increase of 13.7
per cent and equivalent to HALF OF THE ENTIRE WORLD'S
TOTAL DEFENSE SPENDING IN 2004.
The Chinese government also stated that : "China has
unswervingly stuck to a defensive policy, firmly opposing
any hegemony or expansionist policy. "

China's average income is only $ 1,000 US Dollars a year in 2003.
Based on the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reports, the average
annual wages in the U.S. is $36,764 for 2002. China has 21% of
the World Population to Feed. There is NO WAY China could be
any type of "competitor" at all. Even Comparing it to South Korea
which is still considering itself as a "developing country", has an
average income of US$9,000 Dollars a year. It is clear that China
is still one of the weakest countries among all "Developing Countries" .

CHINA IS AMERICA'S MOST IMPORTANT PARTNER. :
In fact, China's Development is ultra important to America's
Economy. Not only has it the desire to buy many American High
Tech products but also China is such a wonderland for thousands
of American companies who are relentlessly Expanding and Profiting
in China like G M, FORD, Coca Cola, McDonalds, Kentucky
Fried Chicken, Home Deport, Wal-Mart, ...... For example:
90 % of the entire Chinese Auto market is occupied by the US and
other foreign car companies. McDonalds with its health hazardous
foods has opened nearly 700 restaurants in China.........
Many specialized financial reports said that in 2003, America's
Stock market rose 20 % due to benefiting from China's development.
Therefore, China's Success is America's Success. In other
words, China is in fact America's most Important Economic
"PARTNER" as well as an important PARTNER in Anti-Terrorism !
Unfortunately, those ignorant Anti-China fanatic Haters viciously
sabotage America's Own Interests by relentlessly colluding with
the Anti-China Taiwanese Separatists.

Again, for the sake of the most important US-China Relationship
