Dear Mr. President,

Those China haters are ignorant that Chinese built the first
America's Trans-Continental Railway. Ironically, those fanatic
haters are blocking Chinese in everyway they can while thousands
of Chinese scientists making enormous contribution to America.
We, as American citizens and Voters, are very concerned
that our Congress is becoming more fanatic and discriminates
specifically against China. Many people are concerned

In light of the many fanatic resolutions initiated by some

the following Pleas and our Opinions here :

1: We OPPOSE US interfering with the EU to lift its
Outdated Discriminating Arms Embargo Against China.
Senator George Allen was shouting that :
" ... And we know that the People's Republic of China
are proliferators of arms, as are the North Koreans, ... " .
The problem is that Mr. Allen is the Co-Chair of the fanatic
Anti-China "Taiwan Caucus". Therefore, his Anti-China
view is totally Biased and Dangerous. Currently, there are
17 Senate members who belong to the "Taiwan Caucus".

Also the US House adopted a resolution HRes57, a month
ago calling on EU to continue its Cold War, Political
Discrimination to continue its Arms Embargo on China.
The problem is that there are 136 Congressional members
in US House that have been lured by fanatic Taiwanese
"Independent" force to become members of "Taiwan Caucus" .
How could any Anti-China Resolution sponsored by
the US House fairly represent America's Opinion when
One Third of the House members belong to the most
fanatic Foreign political entity ?

We have completely lost our Confidence in the US
"Intelligence". There are 4 "Taiwan Caucus" senators even
being allowed to be in the most critical Senate "Intelligence
Committee" and another 8 "Taiwan Caucus" members in the
House "Intelligence Committee". Could those fanatic
anti-China members forge, instigate, or fake intelligence to
deceive our President, our Government and American people?
The fake, wide spread Chinese "Terror threat" on January 20
appeared to be specifically arranged on Presidential Inauguration
Day to deceptively impress our President that Chinese is so bad !

Some foreign reports said that numerous of those "Taiwan
Caucus" members might have been receiving "cash money"
from the Taiwanese Independent forces. For the sake of the
Credibility of our Congress, it is important that FBI investigates
"Taiwan Caucus" members and linkage to possible foreign Bribing.

2: China does Have an Absolute Need to Modernize its Defense
to PROTECT its 1.3 Billion Citizens. Didn't Japan just kill more
than 35 Million Chinese only 60 years ago (from 1937 to 1945) ?
Suffering the Biggest Atrocity in Human History, China is
the country has the Most Needs to strengthen its Defense.
The Japanese hard-line government even now did NOT apologize
to China and they are Proud of what they did to the Chinese. They
altered their History text book to cover their Atrocity. Their military
budget is nearly $ 45 billion dollars each year. ( 2nd highest on earth).

Iris Cheng, a Chinese American, exposed that hundreds of
thousands Chinese were slaughtered by Japanese soldiers during
Dec 1937 to Feb 1938 occupation in Nanking and an estimated
20,000-80,000 Chinese women were raped. Her book "The Rape
of Nanking" documented that "Many (Japanese) soldiers went
beyond rape to disembowel women, slice off their breasts, nail
them alive to walls. Fathers were forced to rape their daughters
and sons their mothers as other family members watched,"
"Not only did live burials, castration, the carving of organs and
the roasting of people become routine, but more diabolical

3: We OPPOSE the US-Japan Military (security) Alliance.
We especially Disagree with our Government bringing Taiwan
issue into the US-Japan Alliance on 2/19/2005 to complicate
the highly sensitive issue. The US-Japan Military Alliance is
not only severely interfering with China's territorial Sovereignty
but also promoting a vicious, sadistic regime who has No Remorse
for their slaughter of millions of human beings in South East Asia.

Even more, it is sending such a Wrong message to Taiwanese
"Independent forces". Such 2+2 US-Japan alliance would encourage
more vicious Independence activities in Taiwan, US and even in
Europe. It implies a breaking of Peace and Prosperity in the East

We urge our President to seriously Question Mr. Goss
Why did he unfairly Omit all the good things China has done ?

The bottom line is that China's Defense budget is only about
Six percent ( 6 % ) of the US Defense budget even after double
digit increase in 2005 according to China's white paper.
We often wonder how could any country on this Earth be
possibly a "Threat" to a Superpower which has 11,000 Nuclear
Bombs upgraded every year, enough to destroy the entire
Earth many times over ? The "China Threat" theory is based
on Neo-Cons' Lies and can Not fool any rational human being.

No matter whether China will have a new "Anti-Secession"
law or not, we do believe China will Peacefully re-unite all
