Alliances Became the US Envoy to the UN ? "
"If I were redoing the security council today, I'd have one
permanent member because that's the real reflection of the
distribution of power in the world," Bolton once said. Lately, as
undersecretary of state for arms control, he has wrecked all the
nonproliferation diplomacy within his reach. Over the past two
decades he has been the person most dedicated to trying to
discredit the UN. "

Powell's enemy within. In his first year, he forced the US withdrawal
from the anti-ballistic missile treaty, destroyed a protocol on

He scuttled the nuclear test ban treaty and the UN conference on
the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons. And he was behind
the renunciation of the US signature on the 1998 Rome statute

On March 10, New York Times, International Harold Tribune
wrote : " A number of Republican and Democrat aides speculated
that Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice had been forced to
accept the appointment of Bolton because of the support he had
from Vice President Dick Cheney. " In the past, many Reports
also stated that Vice President Cheny also pressed former
Secretary of State Colin Powell to place Bolton in his State Dept.

What we are very concerned about is that our President
appointed very good, talented Secretaries of State. However,
it appears that they all seem to be "Pressured" or "Controlled"
by Mr. Cheney.
Therefore, we urge our President and Vice President
respectably give our new Secretary of State the "Full Right"
and "Free Will" to choose the people she wants in her Dept.
If our Secretary of State does not have Full Authority in
her department, then our Government would in fact be leanng
towards becoming a Neo-Cons controlled "Dictatorship"
Regime. Even far worse, those few Ideological hard-liners
appear to have the desire to Destroy the World.

Many reports stated that our vice President Cheney was a
founding member of PNAC (The Project for the New American
Century), along with Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and
Defense Policy Board chairman Richard Perle. Deputy Defense
Secretary Paul Wolfowitz is even the Ideological Father of the
group. Above all else, PNAC desires and demands one thing :
" The establishment of a GLOBAL AMERICAN EMPIRE
to Bend the Will of All Nations. ".
Let's ask would such an Ideology be any different from a
Fascist Regime which meant to Destroy the World ?

In our opinion, as long as such Ideology exists in Power
in Washington, the World would be full of Instigation, Forgery
and Wars. Even more, "Human Rights" and "Democracy" would
become their convenient "Cover-up" to suppress other countries
