Neo-Cons and Right Wing extremists who control many in the US
government and US Congress continue to Suppress China and
continue to spread the fake "China Threat" theory all over the world
to Isolate and Contain China while China's Defense budget is only
5.2 % of the Pentagon's. China's average Defense expenditure is
only US$20 per person which is 1/ 77 of the US's. China does not
even have one aircraft carrier while the US has at least 12 of them.

THE US SO CALLED "MILITARY BALANCE" MEANS
TO ENCIRCLE and STRANGLE CHINA :
The Neo-Cons Controlled US Regime continues to Oppose
to Europe lifting the weapons embargo placed 16 years ago
against China while itself is madly pushing to sell ALL the most
Sophisticated weapons to Each and Every country All around
