Some foreign reports said that Japan's long Invasion and Occupation
of China had inflicted property damage in China for more than
US$ 4 TRILLION Dollars (in year 2000 values). This is an
Irreparable Permanent Damage to a country with 1/5 of the

to China for the Destruction they caused. Japan deceptively called

DOES JAPANESE GOVERNMENT HAVE REMORSE ?
Just a few hours right before the Japan prime minister Koizumi
made his "apology" at a Summit of Asian and African leaders in
the Indonesian capital last week for Japan's War Time Atrocities
in Asia, more than 80 Japanese Parliamentary members purposely
made a pilgrimage to Yasukuni War Shrine which contains
Japanese most sadistic Atrocity makers 60 years ago. Japanese
Parliament has NO REMORSE and are PROUD OF what
they did in China during 1931 to 1945.
In the past, Koizumi worshipped that same shrine Every Year.
Koizumi is a mature politician. Would he change his view suddenly ?
"Mr. Koizumi is bringing out an old apology that has been repeated
many times over the past 10 years, " said Shinichi Arai, professor
emeritus at Surugadai University. "The problem is that only the
words were repeated, but Japan has NEVER done anything to

JAPAN'S MILITARY BUDGET, SECOND IN THE WORLD :
While Koizumi recently said: "In the last 60 years we have
became an economic Superpower and not a military state.."

US $42.7 BILLION Dollars a year according to its 2003 Military
Budget, the Second Highest in the World.

U.S. BLINDLY LURES and PUSHES JAPAN FOR RE-ARMING :
Now, Japan is changing its Pacifist Constitution back towards its
Militarism again pushed, and lured by the US Neo-Cons government
for the vicious purpose to Contain and Encircle China.
Some reports said that one quid-pro-quo demanded by Washington
for US support of Japan's UN Security Council bid is that Japan
Change its "Pacifist Constitution" and permit Military Deployments
"OUTSIDE" Japan. Reports said that Tokyo is also in advanced
talks with the Pentagon on building Enhanced US Command and
Control Base facilities in Japan and cooperation on Missile Defense
as well as Force Deployment. Well, didn't Japanese Military
Deployments outside Japan resulted in killing of perhaps more than
