countries together so as to increase its Chances to be a Permanent

2: We Urge that UN send a Peace Keeping FORCE to
Block the Japanese Whaling Fleet Killing especially in the
designated Whale Sanctuaries in the South Pacific and
Antarctic Ocean. UN INTERVENTION is the ONLY
