for 16 years, Larry Wilkerson recently courageously stated that he
"objected to the administration's secrecy, which allowed Cheney,
Rumsfeld and others to subvert the foreign policy apparatus that
has been in place since 1947". "... and now .... America is paying
the consequences.... " "He said the vice president and the secretary
of defense created a "Cheney-Rumsfeld cabal" that hijacked U.S.
foreign policy. ". "Undersecretary of Defense Douglas Feith...
Not only is he put in charge, he is given carte blanche to tell the
State Department to go screw itself in a closet somewhere.".

We, as concerned voters, would like to present our pleas
to our President and our Congress below :

1: We strongly urge our President and our Congress to
support the investigation of pre-war intelligence on Iraq.

2: We urge our President to investigate why and how our
critical Foreign Policy was, and still is, hijacked by Vice
President Cheney and Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld ?
We ask our President to take over our foreign policy
completly. Without a serious shake up in the White House
and Pentagon, the terrorism will never be stopped.

3: We urge our President and our Congress to investigate
the relationship and any possible illegal activities between
the leaders in the Defense department and all those
weapon manufacturing companies like Lockheed,
Grumman, Raytheon and many others .

It is highly alarming that Mr. Wilkerson stated that
".... It all happened because of the end of the Cold War. ...
How many contractors who did billion dollars or so business
with the Defense Department did we have in 1988 and how
many do we have now ? And they're always working together.
If one of them is a lead on the satellite program -- I hope there's
some Lockheed and Grumman and others here today,
Raytheon -- if one of them is a lead on satellites, the others
are subs. And they've learned their lesson; they're in
every state. They've got every Congressman,
every Senator. They've got it covered." .

As if the whole world were the enemy, our government
spends a crazy, unbelievable more than 50 % of America's
entire budget for the Defense department. Such astronomical
defense budget is more than the sum of the next biggest 25
countries combined !
Is this the reason why the budget for at least 45 million
Americans health care is being squeezed out ?
What about proper payment for responding to the recent
hurricanes and their devastation to people and property ?

pre-war Iraq and tell it honestly to the American people and

power, manipulation of the intelligence, suppression or double
standards, rather they are built in justice, truth and fairness.
