Japanese PM Koizumi has visited Yasukuni Shrine 5 times since
his coming to power. Yasukuni contains the 14 most sadistic
Japanese War Criminals from World War II. The most recent
visit was in Oct., 2005 despite the fact that Koizumi made several
false apologies to the public on the Japanese Fascist past which
killed perhaps more than 45 million Asians including more than
35 million Chinese just 60 years ago, the Biggest Atrocity in
Human History imposed by a single country !!!

This simple fact clearly reflects that Japanese rulers have
NO REMORSE on their past Militarism. It also indicates
that Japan will do it Again if given the Opportunity.

In light of many recent provocative activities between the U.S.
and Japan, we, as concerned Citizens and Voters, would like to
present our Opinions and Requests to our President and Congress :

1: Please STOP COLLUDING With and ARMING JAPAN
IN ORDER TO CONTAIN CHINA !!
Despite the US-China leaders making their best efforts to have
friendly economic and diplomatic relationships, the Anti-China
Neo-Cons have pushed US-Japan 2+2 Military Alliance for
the purpose to Contain China. It is a clear Cold War Mentality
against China. Neo-Cons in the Pentagon have a short sighted
and ignorant , wrong judgment about Japan.

Japan recently Used the opportunity to provide to the Pentagon
with military logistical assistance in Iraq and Indian Ocean to
allow Japanese limited Military movements for the first time
since World War II !!
Top Japanese leaders recently expressed that they are proud of
their Pearl Harbor Attack. They think it was the only time that
an Asian country could defeat the U.S. power. A top Japanese
leader also stated recently that it was justified to invade China.

Despite Japan's political system being nurtured by the U.S.
for decades, Japan will NOT be America's permanent "friend".
Japan will NOT be the Frontline for US Asian Strategy.
On the contrary, Japan could become America's eventual
uncontrollable adversary.
The truth is that Japan's Right Wingers and hard-liners
always have the ambition to become the World's most
formidable Military Power. Japanese leaders including its
PM and its hundreds of Parliament members worship strong
Military Power. All repeatedly visited Yasukuni Shrine.

Japanese hard-liners will NOT tolerate America's military
power in Japan's territory too long. Ultimately, Japan will again
Challenge America to prove that "They" are the only "Invincible"
and the Most Capable Military Might in the World. That was
the exact dangerous Ideology that resulted in the Japanese
invasion of China and many other Asian countries 60 years ago.
On Nov. 23, 2005, Japan's Self-Defense "Forces" were
renamed Self-Defense "Military" and the words that deny
Japan's possession of military forces and the right of belligerency
of the state were Deleted in a Constitutional revision draft
presented by the nation's Ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).

2: DO NOT SEND ANY NUCLEAR POWERED ARSENAL
TO JAPANESE SOIL. While Japanese government welcomes
Pentagon's Nuclear Aircraft Carrier to station in Japan, however,
there have been many protests against the Pentagon's act in Okinawa
and the new Polls showed that nearly all of the Japanese citizens
strongly Oppose America's Nuclear arsenal being sent to Japan.

Such conflict of attitudes between Japanese government and
Japanese citizens is due to Japanese hard-line government
wanting to Use American Nuclear aircraft carrier stationing in
Japan to hypnotize Japanese citizens so as to make them gradually
accustomed to and accept Nuclear weapons sitting next to them.
That would gradually pave a very dangerous way for Japan to
produce and store its own thousands of Nuclear bombs later
without encountering too many objections from its own citizens.

Nuclear experts wrote recently that "Sixty years ago the Japanese
city of Nagasaki was destroyed by one nuclear bomb containing
five kilograms of plutonium. Japan reportedly now has one of
the largest stocks of weapons-usable plutonium in the world
(45,000 kilograms and growing) as well as access to the most
advanced missile technology." "If we add Japan's current available
plutonium stockpile (45,000 kg) to the cumulative supply of
plutonium from Rokkasho operations through to 2020 (100,000 kg),
by 2020 Japan's plutonium stockpile will reach 145 metric tons.
It is clear that Japan has become the world's largest holder of
weapons-usable Plutonium, far surpassing that contained in the
United States nuclear weapons arsenal of 100 tons."

In our Opinion, as soon as Japan becomes an Open Nuclear
Weapon country, Japan will Destroy the World at any time as
it Wishes. America as the strongest military power in the world
will have no way to stop Japan's Madness and Aggression then.
Not only America's interests in Asia will totally be destroyed
but also America itself will be in greatest danger as well.
Japanese former hard-line leaders said that Japan has ALL
the most advanced Nuclear Technology ready and it can
produce 1000 Nuclear bombs in as little as 6 months.
Without nuclear weapons, Japan killed 45 million Asians, then
with nuclear bombs, how many human beings will Japan kill ??


3: PLEASE UNITE CHINA TO CONTAIN JAPAN :
In our view, China will be our true permanent friend and partner.
Despite the fact that our two countries may have some ideological
differences due to different culture and history background,
however, that should Not stop our two countries' leaders'
common goal to pursue Peace, Justice and Prosperity in the
world. Based on the foundation of equality and respect, we
urge our Government to Unite with China to Contain Japan's
dangerous Rising Militarism .

We see that Chinese President Hu Jintao and Chinese Premier
Wen JiaBao repeatedly stress the importance of PEACE.
They stressed that China will NOT become a hegemony
even if given the opportunity. They stressed repeatedly that
their most Important Mission is to bring 1.3 Billion Chinese out
of Poverty and raise the Living Standards for 1/5 of the World
Population. While making huge progress in this issue, this
most challenging goal has still a long way to go.
Lately, the Washington-based Pew Research Center released
a remarkable survey. When asked if they were "satisfied with the
way things are going at home," 72 percent of Chinese citizens
responded "satisfied," In the U.S., the survey indicated only 39
percent satisfied.
Despite the Neo-Cons relentless sabotage (which may include
large funding for the anti-China Falong Gong) inside and outside
China to weaken and contain China, however, we think the
Strongest US-China Relationship will be the most Important
Foundation for Asia and the World's Peace, Justice and Prosperity.

Today's China is NO LONGER a Soviet Union's Communism.
China now has a Revised, Open, Peaceful, Unique Socialist

Right now, Japan already has one of the Most Powerful Military
Power in the World. However, Japan wants to use the US-Japan
Military Alliance to further sharpen its advanced weapon arsenal
and use such Alliance to strengthen its Interference in Taiwan
Strait as well as the East China Sea where lies within China's
boundary according to the "Continental Shelf" theory.
