We Oppose our Congress using the "Internet" as a Political
Tool to infiltrate China in an attempt to destabilize Chinese
society. As long as the US Government agencies are SPYING
on every American, it is Not justified to even criticize any
other country's own Law to protect their own stability and
sovereignty. The truth is that many human rights groups and
press freedom groups are funded by the US government, for
example: it appears that the Reporters Withour Border is one
of them. In fact, many those anti-China Congress members are
connected to the anti-China Taiwanese separatist government,
Neo-Cons and political extremists from right and left.

We are Outraged to see that anti-China senators Byron Dorgan and
Lindsey Graham want to repeal the permanent normal trade relations
with China so as to suffocate millions of American Consumer's
welfare and living standards. Those hate filled Congress members
including Senator Charles Schumer appear to be connected to
Unions, Neo-cons, Right wing extremists and/or anti-China
Taiwanese Separatist government thru "Taiwan Caucus". They
do not want to learn the truth of international trade. How can we

urge our Congress to restrain and limit their power in the Congress.

1: PLEASE CORRECT QDR REPORT ABOUT CHINA.
China has every Right to modernize its defense to protect its
1/5 of the World's population. Had China had a good defense,
it would not have 35 millions of Chinese slaughtered by
Japanese soldiers druing the period of 1930-1945.

We ask our President to demand that the Pentagon corrects its
QDR (Quadrennial Defense Review ) report which targets
China as the potential biggest threat. We ask our government to
INVESTIGATE and REMOVE all those hate filled Neo-Cons
who masterminded their anti-China rhetoric in the QDR report to
try to mislead our President, Congress, and the American public.

Even a triple digit increase for a low budget does not mean
anything. 100 % increase of $1 is only $ 2. China's defense
budget is only $ 30 billion dollars a year now. On the contrary,
America's military budget ( as lobbied by those evil weapons
producing companies) is $560 Billion dollars in 2007 (including
Iraq and Afghan). It has been STEALING the money from
all U.S. social and health budgets. It is the sum of the next
191 countries defense budgets worldwide combined. The
entire World's defense budget is only at $ 1 trillion dollars now.
" I do not see how China's military spending is terribly
threatening the vast military capabilities of the United States,"
said Ted Galen Carpenter, vice president for defense and
foreign policy studies at the conservative Cato Institute.
In collusion with those bloody U.S. weapons companies, the
Pentagon is constantly "looking for" and "creating" enemies

2: We are so Outraged and strongly OPPOSE any one in our
Congress who tries to repeal the permanent normal trade relations
with China. China's affordable products are so important to ALL
Americans. We OPPOSE imposing any annual review on China's PNTR
status (permanent normal trade relations) which was proposed by
the anti-China, hate filled senators Byron Dorgan and Lindsey
Graham. They cited practices including piracy, currency
manipulation, and barriers to prevent U.S. products from
entering the Chinese market. Well, Let's ask :

Did China block U.S. products ??? The Truth is that those Anti-
China hate filled Congressional members purposely set up a
"US-China Economic and Security Review Commission" headed
by all the anti-China Neo-Cons, for example; Michael Ladeen etc...
It advocates blocking most of America's advantageous High Tech
products to China by using the excuse of "dual" use products.
It is the U.S. Congress itself that blocks U.S. products to China!!
While more than 50,000 American companies are operating
in China, however, the U.S. Congress has been exerting all
efforts to block Chinese investments in the U.S. in the name of
"national security"!!

Did China crackdown on Piracy ??
The Deputy Director of WTO Affairs in Beijing, says China
has made significant efforts to implement its Commitment to
IPR protection. "Law enforcement officials have cracked
down on many manufacturing rings for pirated goods. There
has also been a national campaign to deter people from the
infringement of trademarks and patents. .... "
Ironically, now China's IPR reform has become a part
of China's own larger goal of Technology and Innovation.

2005, China has removed its peg on the U.S. Dollar for the first
time. China appears to work very hard on its currency towards a
market driven level as best as they can at this stage. Marc Chandler,

in New York warned that ``It's unreasonable to expect currency
movements to affect trade balances when you have all these other
disequilibria like wages,''. Let's not forget this : When China's
Yuan rises, American "Dollar" will sink. Sinking the U.S. dollar
does NOT mean the rise of American worker's competitiveness.

3: "MADE IN CHINA" MISLEADS and DISTORTS :
Many international trade experts cautioned that politicians must

that " ... "made in China" is mostly made elsewhere — by
multinational companies in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the
United States that are using China as the final assembly station
in their vast global production networks. "
"Analysts say this evolving global supply chain, which usually
tags goods at their final assembly stop, is increasingly Distorting
global trade figures and has the effect of turning China into a
bigger trade threat than it may actually be. "
"American multinational corporations and other foreign
companies, including retailers, are the largely invisible hands
behind the factories pumping out these inexpensive goods.
And they are reaping the bulk of profits from the trade. "

4: HOW TO IMPROVE U.S. TRADE DEFICIT ??
In our opinion, there are two ways to help America to
balance the Trade with China and other countries :
a: Greatly increase exporting High Tech products to China
regardless whether it is for dual use or not. In today's high
tech age almost everything has a dual use. If we do not
export to China, then China will develop it themselves.
b: Reform America's own "Wage Structure" nationwide to
adapt the changing Global Economy. America must REFORM
the COST which includes WAGES so that it can compete in
the international market.
50 million Americans can NOT afford health care in the U.S.
America's wages are the highest in the World. Americans are
paying the hyped wages to CEOs, lawyers, medical care.....and
many American products and services while the same quality
items can be produced by many other foreign countries including
China and India with a far more affordable price. It is the time
for Congress to reverse the hyped wages and bonuses in America.

5: STOP FUNDING CHINESE DISSIDENTS and
FALUN GONG REBELS TO DESTABILIZE CHINA.
Please stop funding NGO groups, Falun Gong groups and
many Chinese dissidents to destabilize China or attempt to
overturn the Chinese government. Please respect China's
unique History and Culture. China has its own Socialist
"Democracy" and "Freedom" in Chinese own standards.
China does not need a chaotic, dangerous type of "freedom",
rather, it is the "STABILITY" that is the KEY to Peace and
Prosperity and the hope to lift hundreds of millions of Chinese
out of poverty. An unstable China will dangerously
Jeopardize America's ALL "interests" in China !!

6: TAIWAN MUST GO BACK TO ITS MOTHERLAND. .
Taiwan is an inalienable part of China. Taiwan's fate is decided
by ALL 1.3 Billions of Chinese, NOT by a few separatists or
Neo-Cons connected extremists in Taiwan. We want to see
Taiwan go back to its motherland under the "One Country,
Two Systems" which respect Taiwan's political, military,
social and economic freedom to the best level.
The fanatic separatist Chen ShuiBien's fake "assassination"
play just hours before the 2004 presidential election shocked
the World. And now again, Chen is shouting to abolish the
"National Unification Council" to provoke China .
Taiwan island going back to the motherland is the permanent
guarantee for peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait. It is in the
best interest to America and the rest of the World in the region.
We urge our President and our government to push Taiwan to

OUR CONCLUSION :
While the Pentagon, CNN Lou Dobbs, some extremists in the
U.S. Congress and Neo-Cons think tanks like AEI, Heritage
foundation, Weekly Standard ,...... are all constantly pushing
anti-China rhetoric and policies to instigate Americans to hate
China, we wonder would it be fair for China also to do the same
thing to provoke its 1.3 Billion Chinese to hate America ?

In our opinion, Chinese new young leaders Hu Jintao and
Wen Jaibao are the best and most respectable leaders in China's
recent history. The FACT is that a stronger and a stable China
is in America's and the World's interests. A weakened China
will not be able to afford America's products and services.
Further, a weakened and unstable China will jeopardize more
than 50,000 American company's operations in China. When
their "profits" sink, America's economy will be in jeopardy. .

A Peaceful US-China relationship will be the most important
Foundation for the World's Peace, Stability and Prosperity. Our
two great countries must walk hand in hand together for next
thousands of years in Respect, Equality, Peace, and Prosperity.
