A so called "International Inspection" on India's 14 civilian
out of 22 nuclear reactors does NOT MEAN ANYTHING.
It does NOT prohibit American nuclear "technology" from
freely passing from India's Civilian nuclear sector onto its
Military nuclear sector within the same country !!!

US-INDIA NUCLEAR PACT IS MAINLY FOR BOMBS :
"Worldwide, nuclear power is growing at an average rate of
less than 1 percent per year. By contrast, renewable energy--
wind, solar, and biofuels--is on a growth surge, averaging annual
expansion rates of 25-35 percent.". Therefore, the US-India
Nuclear Pact is NOT so much about nuclear energy, rather it
is meant to indirectly upgrade India's nuclear bombs making
technology for a much easier and faster production so as to
instigate and provoke the regional tension and arms race. Such
provocation is particularly the neo-conservatives' expertise.

The New York Times reported that the US-India nuclear pact
will allow India "Keeping the Fast - Breeder Reactors Under
military control, without inspections, would allow India to develop
far more nuclear arms, and more quickly, than it has in the past.
Fast - Breeder reactors are highly efficient producers of the

program to inspections was MEANINGLESS so long as the country
had a secret military nuclear program alongside it, and that the pact

THE DANGER OF THE AGREEMENT :
The US-INDIA NUCLEAR AGREEMENT lifts not only a
moratorium on civilian nuclear cooperation with India but also
permits India's continued work to expand its nuclear weapons.
The agreement also allow India to retain the Right to DENY
U.N. INSPECTORS ACCESS TO ITS FAST -BREEDER
REACTOR for producing Weapons-Grade fissile material.
The inspection regime will not be fully effective until 2014,
and India retains the right to develop new fast-breeder
reactors for military nuclear weapon use.
The Agreement also allows India to REFUSE to agree to a
PRODUCTION CAP. In other words, there is NO LIMIT
ON INDIA'S NUCLEAR BOMBS PRODUCTION.

Such nuclear technology will undoubtedly pass to many other
countries in the future because India rejected to join the NPT.
India is one of only three countries that has refused to sign
the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). It appears that
India has gone on to secretly develop and test nuclear weapons
at least 5 times in recent years.

As soon as the NUCLEAR SUPPLIERS GROUP lift
practices and laws that block India from participating in trade,
investment, and technology transfer in the civilian nuclear energy
field, it would be too late to curb the nuclear danger in the
region and in the world. It is allegedly that India may have an
ambition to build hundreds or thousands of nuclear bombs.

Internationally, President Bush already waged the two biggest
WARS in as little as a couple of years which resulted killing
hundreds of thousands innocent citizens in Iraq and Afghanistan.
NONE of the leaders from the Pentagon had been accused
of a WAR CRIME. Shamefully, the Pentagon continues to bribe
and pay Iraqi media to plant FAKE STORIES in their reports.

It was so Shocking that Bush administration just announced
not only to abolish the nuclear reduction treaty but also want
to complete Nuclear Weapons Modernization by year 2030.

Domestically, the Patriot Act last week passed, which failed
to bring that law in line with the Constitution by restoring
Checks and Balances at all. It failed to protect the fundamental
FREEDOMS and PRIVACY FOR ALL AMERICANS.
Further, President Bush also authorized the Pentagon and
NSA to SPY ON ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS in the attempt
to block all of the Anti-War activists, Animal Rights activists,
Environmental Rights activists, Abortion Rights activists, .......
Activists are allegedly to be covertly threatened, harassed ....
Now their mouths are shut ........

Such US-India Nuclear Pact is against the International
Law. We wonder is this kind of "Democracy and Freedom"
President Bush wants the World to learn ??

Values " ?? America's "Credibility" has Lost since President
