Dear Caring friend,

THIS LETTER IS SO URGENT and IMPORTANT NOW !!!

The Anti-China Neo-Cons Humiliated Chinese President

Subject: YUAN'S RISE MAY HURT US COMPANIES & EXPORT

Dear Mr. President,

We, as Citizens and Voters, are so Shocked, Outraged
and Despair to see how the Neo-Conservatives tried to
humiliate Chinese president Hu Jintao on April 20, 2006.

And then those Neo-Cons and Right Wing extremists from the
US Congress appeared to continue to "USE" such an insulting
event to spread the FALUN GONG'S CULT and "LIES" to the
Untied States and the World thru the most powerful C-SPAN,
CNN, Washington Journal (the mouth piece for the US House
of Representatives), Washington Times, Washington Post .....
and even some powerful foreign connected media in UK ,
Japan and Germany and numerous Anti-China Think Tanks
in the U.S. ........

Falun Gong's violent harassing, intimidating, threatening and
humiliation directly on the Face of Chinese president on April 20,
2006 was following a White House Announcer's erroneous reading
"Republic of China" (name for Taiwan island) to replace the mainland
China's Official name "People's Republic of China" while starting
to sing the Chinese National Anthem in the welcoming Chinese
President's ceremony. The White House also refused to recognize
Chinese President's long trip to the US as a "State Visit". ......

CITIZENS' PLEAS :
We ask our President to INVESTIGATE the secret details
behind and who have colluded and arranged such vicious acts
against China. We ask our President to Remove all dangerous
Neo-Cons, Right Wing extremists from the White House and
Pentagon for good. We ask our President to completely Stop
our government's Funding the Falung Gong and Stop the Neo-
Cons from colluding with them to attack and humiliate China.

Falun Gong maliciously LIED about President Hu being a "killer".
However, the FACT is that President Hu is the FIRST Chinese
leader to ever place the "Human Rights" in China's Constitution
in its long History. In a landmark move, China enshrined Human
Rights Protection and private property in its Constitution during
an annual session of Parliament in March, 2004.
http://english.peopledaily.com.cn/200403/14/eng20040314_137459.shtml

We must Alarm our President that those hatred filled Extremists'
manipulation and controlling of our President's minds and souls
(mostly thru our President's enthusiasm on the Religion) has
making Mistakes after Mistakes especially in America's
Foreign Policy. Those Hate filled manipulators and extremists
in the US are Responsible for our President's Falling Polls.

All of the shocking events occurred on April 20, 2006 were
NOT accidents. They were NOT coincidences. They appeared
to be the "deliberated" "multiple" well planned acts within just a
few minutes at the peak of the Ceremony which was supposed to
welcome Chinese President Hu Jintao's First Official Visit to the
United States since he became China's President in 2003.

Today's China is NOT controlled by the Military of major
Western and Japanese Colonial powers any more.
On the other hand, America today has many things that it needs
to cooperate with and to ask from China. The Biggest Agenda for
America is its more than 30,000 multi-national companies who
are operating in China like no other time before. These 30,000
American companies are selling between $150 Billion to $ 200
Billion worth of products and services ANNUALLY to Chinese
people across the Continental China. While GM is broke in the
US, they are making a huge Profit in China. Such an enormous
figure is purposely, completely, quietly Erased by the US
Government from the simple, confusing "US-China TRADE".
http://www.iht.com/articles/2006/04/23/bloomberg/sxcars.php

To the contrary of US and the World's media's belief that the
$ 202 Billion Dollars US-China Trade Deficit in 2005 which
was disseminated by the US government, China DID NOT
HAVE ANY "TRADE SURPLUS" with the U.S. AT ALL !!!
Instead, China has at least $ 80 Billion Dollars Trade "Deficit"
with the U.S. in 2005. Such True "Trade Deficit" with the
US is proceeding with the Fastest Speed Sweeping China
like nothing else that happened before in human history.

Sadly, with such biggest Tie and Dependency on China,
those Hate filled neo-cons continue their plan to attack China.

CHINA'S CURRENCY RISE MAY HURT THOUSANDS
OF U.S. COMPANIES and OTHER MAJOR ECONOMIES :

The US Congress is concerned about China's "Currency"
which may be undervalued. However, to artificially raise China's
Currency Yuen's value will hurt American companies most.

Due to the Global competitive trading nature, the Chinese
currency Yuan's rise will make more than 30,000 American
companies (including fortune 500 companies) in China to get
hurt when they export back to the U.S. or export to the rest
of the World. Because all products from those U.S.
companies will become relatively expensive.
When they export back to the US will have to face the
competition from all other countries' Imports to the U.S. too.
Further, all the Exports from other companies operating in
China from all the non-US countries like European countries,
Japan, South Korea ...etc. will also face Competition from all
other countries and they will get hurt too.

The Result is that the US-China Trade Figure will NOT help
the US at all. After all, the real "Chinese" Exports to the world
only occupies 1/3 of all the "Made in China" in the World.

Further, the drastic currency change in China will pose a great
Danger to China's vunerable Financial System. When China's
financial system is further weakened, Chinese will have NO
ability to buy American or European goods either inside or
outside China. The US and European countries may have
to greatly Reduce the Exports to China .

The US Congress is pressing the Bush Administration to humiliate
China as a "Currency manipulator". The result of such insult would
hurt America and other economic superpowers the most.

China has been making all efforts to have a reform as quickly
as it can from its Communism to Market Economy including
its Currency Reform. A reform for 1.3 billion people is
absolutely Not an easy matter at all.
Further, Chinese "Currency" should be handled by China, NOT
by the American, Western and Japanese old Colonial Powers.
http://en.chinabroadcast.cn/855/2006/04/12/262@76707.htm

AMERICA HAD MORE THAN $ 80 BILLION TRADE
SURPLUS WITH CHINA IN 2005 :
It appears that our Government is attempting to use a "simple"
"US-China Trade" figure to fool the Chinese and entire World.

In our opinion and understanding, the $ 202 Billion Trade
Deficit with China is Totally Deceptive. According to recent
Chinese reports, a senior Chinese Diplomat Wu Chien Min
pointed out that America IS IGNORING ALL HIDDEN
FIGURES in the US-CHINA TRADE. Such "Hidden Figures"
are far exceeding China's entire Trade Surplus with America.

With more than 30,000 American companies operating in China,
they have sold more than $75 Billion of goods and services in
China in 2005. Such huge amounts were totally Ignored in the
American official Exports to China. (Note: American companies
pay no more than a few cents an hour wage to Chinese workers.
Many U.S. companies Refuse to Join the Chinese labor union.)

Also One Third (1/3) of the Total Chinese Export to the U.S.
are the products from those 30,000 American companies in
China, which is equivalent to another $ 75 Billion dollars. Such
a huge figure should have been subtracted from the Chinese
Total Exports to the U.S. Instead, our government purposely
adds this figure to ENLARGE the Chinese Exports to the U.S.

( By the way, another 1/3 of the "Made in China" products
to the US is actually owned by Japan, Taiwan, Europe, Korean
...... companies who are operating in China just like the US
companies doing. The real Chinese products to the US is only 1/3 )

The above figures from those two Hidden Factors added together
to $ 150 BILLION which should have been subtracted from the
Chinese Trade surplus figure with the U.S. to reflect the TRUE
TRADE DIFFERENCES between US and China .

Unlike the U.S. erroneous calculation, the Chinese export
figure accurately Excludes all other countries exports to the
US thru the Chinese Hong Kong international port as well as
many other factors to deceive China in the Trade figure.
According to China's detailed calculation of trade figures,
China had only about a $100 Billion Trade Surplus with the US
in 2005, instead of the $ 202 Billion as our Government claimed.

Therefore, using such $ 100 Billion Trade Surplus China
had in 2005 with the U.S. and then subtracting the above
$ 150 Billion adjustment, the result is ( - $ 50 Billion).
In other words, China in 2005 actually has at least
$ 50 Billion TRADE DEFICIT with the U.S. when
considering the above two "Hidden Factors. "

Further, according to Mr. Wu, all Chinese companies have
to pay unlimited, endless of "Royalty Fee" to numerous
American companies for their "Wisdom Property" (know-how)
imbedded in ALL the "Made in China" products which then
export to the entire World including Continental China itself .
In our opinion, such estimated figure for "Royalty fee" could
be far more than $30 Billion a year to the US companies.

Therefore, using the above ( - $ 50 Billion) subtracts another
minimum of $ 30 Billion "Royalty Fee" paid to American
companies, China actually has a HUGE TRADE DEFICIT
with the U.S. for at least $ 80 Billion in 2005.
In other words, American companies truly exported far
more than $ 80 Billion goods and services to China in 2005
comparing to all the Chinese real exports to the U.S.

CITIZEN'S OPINIONS AND CONCLUSION :
We do believe that our Government calculates the Trade
figures in such a confusing way not just to China but also to
all other countries in the World. The purpose is not to degrade
America's "Export" figures. The real purpose behind appears
to be using such "Trade Deficit" as a "Political" tool to press all
other countries in the World to let the US companies into their
countries to Invest and make huge "Profits".
Just counting America's "Foreign Assets", they already
exceeds $12 TRILLION DOLLARS which is the combined
GDP of many countries in the World including China.

What our government should do is to be HONEST to China.
Instead of cover up the real Export figures, our government
should FRANKLY CONSULT WITH CHINA to get the
consensus on both sides of the TRADE FIGURES before
releasing them to all the media and to the World.

On the other hand, we are so concerned that the US
Congress continues to despise and block China and other
Non-White countries' investment in the U.S. It appears
to be a Discriminating, One Way "Capitalism" against all
the other especially Non-White countries.

We urge our President to take "Equality" as the essence
of a Democracy. Without "Equal" Rights, many blacks,
Chinese, Mexicans ... would not be able to even vote for
our President. The US-China Relationship is America's
Most Important Relation. We urge our government to
carefully protect such relation, not to abuse or attack it.
We do believe that a Respectable, Equal and Honest
relations to all other countries should be the most important
Foundation in America's Foreign Policy in the World.

IF our opinion is different from yours, we truly apologize.
Thanks for your efforts for the World's Peace and Justice.

Sincerely,

Your Name,
Your City,
Your State, Your Zip Code
Your Country.
